Absolutely beautiful community ! As a owner in one of the Village By the Bay condos for over 7 years now, my experience with the property management, specially with Lilian Kiseleva and Mark Zitser has been nothing but positive. Their responses are quick and issues are addressed promptly. I will happily recommend them to anyone. My family and I spend every summer here at this property and always enjoy our time there.

High End. Nice view near a lake

Worst management rude, overpower, fees for everything, they make you wait for your mail until they send you an email. Worst ever, if you rent Lilian call the landlord like if he is your daddy.

Beautiful and safe place to live in the heart of Aventura, walking distance pharmacy, groceries, Shopping, restaurants a few minutes to the beach, schools, doctors, Aventura Hospital and more..realmente es un maravilloso lugar para vivir!!

I love the community but Jazmin is The worst manager ever always like in a bad mood very rude zero customer skills She acts like we dont pay rent here and its not just my opinion I talked to a few neighbors and they tell me the same thing about her .

We lived there for 10 years and loved it. Nice to walk around, next to park. We have moved on, but still miss it sometimes.

Such a GREAT place to live! It’s the hidden gem of Aventura...quiet, on the water, and close to everything! The pool is beautiful and the perfect place to spend a Saturday!

We considered buying an apartment in this place. Two dogs attacked us, one of which fell off the leash. I barely saved my children. and we have not received even an apology. Too many dogs. Dirty and scary.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Where do I begin... this association is handled so unprofessionally!! We were so excited and thrilled to be moving into such a beautiful community.. but don’t let that fool you. Ever since moving into this place it’s been a total NIGHTMARE. The manager liliana and assistant manager mark have told me and my husband completely different rules since the day we moved in here! PARKING is your worst nightmare. They hassle you for money and they are incredibly rude to deal with. They tell you one thing and then go back on it the next day.There is someone from management calling our phones every other day complaining about one thing to the next.. one thing being that my boyfriend cannot Park his car in the garage because it has his business name on the back. never in our agreement did we know this would be an issue! Another is that his vehicle sticks out too much in the parking space so he has to park it on the street. Then it became he had to park OFF THE PROPERTY! An incredible inconvenience considering the fact we are paying so much to rent here. Then the gate guards tell us we can have an extended 2 week pass for our stay here.. then they call and say only one week.. then it becomes no pass we must BUY a $50 barcode for both mine and his vehicle which was never agreed upon. The property manager of this building told us we can do the weekly extended passes but went back on her word. They call us repetitively and even on no caller ID to argue and complain about every little thing. There is no order in this place. No one person setting the rules straight. It’s a total unprofessional mess!!On top of this... there is ant problems because the buildings are so low to the ground and the complex is very noisy.I was shocked to see this place have such great reviews but these are from 8 mos ago. DO NOT GET FOOLED WITH THIS PLACE like we did. Rent and buy in a more credible, professional and NICER community. We cannot wait to leave here.....

Loved it. We are considering in buying a condo here. Absolutely stunning. Beautiful pool by the bay, gym, tennis courts...lovely and quiet. I would recommed it.

MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!! Mark and liliana... made our time so unenjoyable (assistant manager and property manager) horrible experience... very rude, hassles you for your money, goes back on their word. Worst association experience ever. Cannot wait to leave this place. They were so rude to my wife and I. Would call us over and over again and even on no caller ID to complain about everything!! Very noisy, ants in the buildings. Would not recommend to anyone.Please do not let these beautiful grounds fool you. Do not sign on to an association like this one!
