We highly the Bernie and Jacqueline Westermayer team. From the moment we met Bernie, he was very attentive to our needs in terms of locations, price range and amenities. He was an expert in the area we were looking at, Aventura & Hallendale, worked hard to filter the condos we visited, provided great input during those visits, worked after-hours to give us comps and other relevant information, and was always available to answer any questions we might have. He eventually found us a great condo and worked tirelessly to walk us through the rest of the process including remote closing and pre-closing video walk-through.Bernie is both a great professional and very personable. We highly recommend him and in fact, he is already working with our daughter on finding an investment property.
