I always have an amazing experience getting my dog Luna groomed at the PetSmart Aventura Grooming Salon. The last two times I’ve been there Pedro A. has taken care of her and I love the results. Luna leaves smelling and feeling clean and he pays attention to my requests. I can tell he takes his time and does his job with care. Will definitely continue coming back to Pedro for my little lady’s grooming needs

It is ok. The few people who work there are very nice. I give it three stars because when you need something there is nobody there. I think they should hire more people.

Groomer supervisor was great. Very nice guy. The cashier also helped out with accepting coupons that expired. Im super appreciative.

Micaela did an amazing job thanking care of Mel and Teddy. They both look amazingly clean and I loved that she followed my grooming instructions. Will definitely schedule with her again!!

Used the Banfield clinic for my pups emergency. They were able to take her last minute...very grateful to the staff and vet.

Went to get betta fish. It was disgusting. Bunch of their fish was dead in containers rest had dirty cloudy water or looked sick.

We ate twice at Clarys for breakfast. This is just what you want in a cafe. The food was good and plenty.The staff very friendly. Be careful with the Clarys country omelette. It was well made but baked apples, cheese and eggs tastes exactly how it sounds. I had the Elvis the next day and it was very good and filling.

Dog groomer shaved all the hair off my Pomeranian. I got a refund for the bad job she did. Another man who worked in grooming had the nerve to ask a person behind me if I was next even though it was apparent because I was standing right at the door with my dog. I will never buy any products or use their services again. Petcos the place for me!

It was good I had went and set up my pet with banfield animal hospitals wellness program got my pet all her shots and check ups I was walking in during the pandemic to fill out paperwork was not expecting to get such fast and rapid treatment but they did wonders for pets and is absolutely wonderful

Micaela is our Groomer. She absolutely rocks! Her skills and patience are extraordinary. She treats our baby like if he was her own. I feel at ease leaving our puppy in her hands. Everyone there is great. Josh is also amazing. Whomever you pick, you cant go wrong.

Like Petco better. Petsmart feels like a cotsco for pets.

The store was nice and clean. Everything was organized well. Not to busy and no waiting in lines. A nice place to get pet food. 👍

There are good products, but staff attitude toward animals kept in the store is deplorable. it’s evident there’s no constant (if any at all) monitoring of the needs of the animals. a fancy mouse enclosure had not even a drop of water with a mouse clearly desperate to get water. when a staff member was made aware of this, there was absolutely no concern for the animal as made clear by their lackluster attitude, although they did make sure to refill the water. it’s disgusting. if you work at an establishment pertaining to animals and their wellbeing, you should love animals and remain attentive to them and their habits while you’re working. who knows if they would’ve even realized had they not been informed by a customer.

I have nothing against customer service at this location but the way they treat their fish - is a disgrace! Fancy gold fish - sold for 33$ plus- 5 in the tank : 2 floating dead, another 2 - close to be dead, fin and tail severely damaged with fin rot, plus already moved to their scales, and if anyone ever had fish will tell you - it’s preventable and treatable and not even that hard! Plus one fish ( still healthy) for whatever reason is not separated, maybe to make sure they can sell it for high price! Unbelievable! Better sell for less than let them die slow painful death. And I am not even going into details how they treat their bettas!I have seen things like this but it was mostly with low cost gold fish. And that is Petsmart! Come on guys! It’s really really bad for business and upsetting for customers! I asked them at least to separate healthy fish and remove carcasses- don’t think they care though

I like this place, its clean and the customer service is great. But unfortunately 😔 I can not afford their products. Just take a look at the prices below..... I ended up leaving and buying my products from the Dollar tree and Wal-Mart.

I constantly buying cat food from them but I wish they will start behaving like a store on the way to bankruptcy. Always long lines and few employees.

What is going on with science diet dog food? Why is there such a shortage of canned food? I have been feeding my pets science diet for 40 years now and I am disappointed to find that my dog food flavor is not available

Long lines over 6 customers one cashier, no fishes for sale, no kind of social distancing. The pet clinic everyone is over the counter with their pets. The grooming area I didnt even want to tell you what I saw.smh... Not a great experience especially when a lady let her black dog piss in the store and she didnt bother to clean it up. I almost tripped on it luckily I watched all of it happen. Btw, floor was sticky in the entrance. What was that?

I have a Westie. Took the dog to the salon. 1 year letting the head hair grow so he could get a smile rounded face. They gave him a chihuahua haircut mixed with a schnauzer moustache. I almost cried when I saw my dog. So I tried to talk to the manager. She was very rude, I showed her his tail hasnt been groomed, his face was totally weird and she wouldnt listen. Ive been shopping there and using their salon for more than 6 years and I can honestly say I LOVE THIS PLACE! For 6 years my baby has been getting his grooming there by so many different people and they are all so good but there is one that always does it the best, its Josh! (I hope Im not getting his name wrong).

I’ve been coming here since they opened. This is my neighborhood pets mart and groomer. Today though I experienced some of the rudest and worst service I’ve ever had in my life. This tall, skinny, white, acne ridden girl at the cash register was so rude with the nastiest tone, ON HER AIRPODS having a full blown conversation while checking us out that she completely ignores me the entire process even though I’m asking her a question. When she finally pauses her personal conversation long enough to acknowledge what I’m saying she snaps back extremely rudely. I’m there to buy dog food with my child, people are entitled to personal issues and not expected to be robots sure but not to be blatantly rude for no reason. Never in my life have I ever worked a job where being on your phone on a personal conversation WHILE dealing with your customer and completely ignoring them speaking to you is acceptable. Not sure what’s going on with management here that they allow this in them employees, we may be in a pandemic but that’s no excuse for a lack of professionalism and general human decency. Clearly this girl has isolated or been glued to her phone so long she’s forgotten how to interact socially and not like some rabid animal. Going to petco today- I think some employee retraining is in order because clearly the job expectations were not understood and the customer relations are severely lacking. Or maybe a more attentive manager who cares to pay a bit more attention to the job performance of their employees on shift is needed. Either way, it’s an issue.

I like PetSmart very much!! Everything is clean and organized, especially now with the Pandemic going on. Felt very safe esp with extra cleaning & social distancing measures taken. Staff is friendly & helpful. Great selection of food, toys, and supplies for all cat, dog, fish, bird, and small animal owners. I also always enjoy seeing all the kitties that are up for adoption. PetSmart is a bit of a drive for me but always worth it in the end!!

Terrible fish department! I have never seen so many dead fish in my life! Whoever is responsible for this department is a criminal! It is obvious that nobody in this store cares about the well being of these poor creatures...and they don’t even take the time to take the dead fish out of the tanks... why should they even bother...?!?!?! Shameful and very very sad!

Huge store, spotlessly clean, with lots of items for all types of pets, seemed a little understaffed last few times I was there, I ordered item for pick up but had to wait in long line at register to get clerk to go fetch item, so kinda defeated the purpose, convenience.

Unfriendly and unknowledgeable male staff. I didnt want to write longer because nothing is going to be changed. Its a waste of my time. I simply wont go back! Only one thing to say. Dont work if you dont want! How simple is that.

Staff is enthusiastic and helpful, groomers were talented and passionate, and the store was I really very clean. I dropped off my boss dog to be groomed, paid for services, and came back within 2 hours. They were informative about possible skin issues and gave recommendations without making me feel pressured or like they were only making a sale. They even sprayed his dog with a THC spray to make him smell nice and help with his skin. Highly recommend this location and its staff.

This is a great store, but one of the employees who is a male cleaning have a very bad attitude problem. Sad to see this. Sooooo rudeAside from this, this store is great, carry great items and employees usually very nice and polite. If you treat nice you get in returm.Not sure about the cleaning guy.Hope they can fix this.

PetSmart is roomy and it looks clean and the price of cat litter and cat food it about the same as Walmart.

We arrived at 9:10am the doors were not open when the store opens at 9am. As I wondered through the aisles I noticed what I needed was out of stock and on sale. So that was disappointing. I also needed another item which I asked an employee to help me find. He wasnt the happiest but lead me in the right direction, only to find out, that item was also out of stock. As we headed to the register the women there was also not happy. As she rang us up she never smiled, never said good morning, and never said thank you. I learned three thing this morning...1. Dont go in the morning. 2. Dont shop at that location. 3. Youll have a better experience if you shop online.Sorry but I will never return to this loaction.

My dog has been going to PetSmart with Josh since he was a puppy. He is now six. My dog knows when I say “washy with Joshy”, he gets very excited. Josh always does a great job and handles my baby with great care. I highly recommend!

Went here to get some rabbit food they only had one register open and the line was down the aisle I put my product back and left it was just too long to wait
