Great service! Fernando was patient and kind with my 97 year old mother who had not been in a vehicle for almost 3 years and who was excited at the prospect of going out for a little while. He did a fantastic job, was on time (he was actually a few minutes early!) and very courteous. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

NOT RELIABLE, GET SOMEBODY ELSE. This company does not know what they are doing. The quote and reservation process is a problem and they arrived LATE for my dads appointment. The first time I called them, they told me they could not give me a quote or make a reservation on the phone, that I could only do it online. I told them that I needed a fast response because I needed to schedule service for the next day, and I wanted to make sure I was going to receive a confirmation fast. They assured me that it was no problem with the online method because the company was open until 9pm. I made the reservation, and although it went through, they were LATE next morning and my dad missed one of his appointments. It turns out that they are not open past 5pm, and since you can only rely on the online tool to do anything, you can be left guessing if you are going to get the service. I ended up calling a cab-service company that had wheel chair accessible van, it was less expensive, had a reliable phone service, they were reliable and i was getting constant confirmations via text on my phone as to the status of the service. This is how it is done.

We will not use Art again, the plane arrived 8:00pm, my husband is in the wheelchair, we keep looking for the driver maybe holding my husband name, nothing, i called the dispatcher and he said to me, i will call him now, he came the driver @ 9 pm, i asked him where are you? His answered is go and get a different driver, i said what? We paid already $150..he looks dirty,...the ride is only 20 mins from the airport to our condo... Please don’t use this company not reaable...thumbs down
