Horrible experience! Charged me $25 just for eyebrow treading for making my eyebrows too thin. I work in salon and normally get my eyebrow done in salon but sometimes I was going to this place. I asked why they charging that much,$25 just for eyebrows treading. She said because its been a while since I got them done. Well, I just got them done in my salon 2 month ago, so wasnt that long! I wax peoples eyebrows in salon all the time and I can tell you that it doesnt matter how long has it been, it doesnt take longer. Let me tell you, thing that you telling people that it takes longer to do their eyebrows if it has been few months because you have to reshape them, that a lie! Because people usually know that is a time to do their eyebrows when it needs to be shaped up!!! Hello!!! Nobody is going to come do their eyebrows when they dont need it to be shaped!!! Thats a common sense!!! I understand that maybe because of Covid, you not that busy or you trying to make up for the time when you were closed. But overcharging people and lie to them thats a not the way to go. I hope you believe in Karma because whatever you do, it comes back to you! I feel very discussing after coming home that you just simple lie to people. How you can look at yourself in the mirror after you do that? No good, I feel bad for you.

Nibeela is excellent. Her expertise for shaping eyebrows is unmatched plus her technique makes the process less uncomfortable. I would highly recommend using her services and to make an appointment in advance.

I have been going to Anarkali for many years. And no doubt about it the owner Anarkali is a master brow artist. She has raised her prices but for a good reason and her work warrants a raise. She is not a novice who has just learned to thread. She is a seasoned professional.Some of the comments I have read on google are not fair. I think they try their best to run a professional business and sometimes that means the customer isn’t always right.

Impeccable work! I highly recommend Nibeela and her artists to everyone looking for perfect brows ! A few more dollars but worth every penny! I’m so happy and grateful to have found this amazing family on location. I am traveling back-and-forth between states and I’ve been here for a little bit over a month, needed a place to have my eyebrows re-shaped and cleaned. As I was taking my niece to the dentist I found this great location where she went above and beyond for me. She was super nice and very attentive to my needs, exceptional service she was very fast and made me look like a star. Not only that but in the transitioning of leaving I dropped one of my nieces diamond earrings in which she called me back to advise me that I had that she found the earring this is the type of work ethic you don’t see in these days and I am so grateful. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to come and have exceptional eyebrows with an exceptional service. The such a positive environment and very clean.

BEWARE!!!!!!! I have Been going to this place for over nine months now and they happen to change the pricing for eyebrows from $16-$25 for those who come in past a few weeks from their last appointment calling it a “reshaping”. When I asked why it was more expensive, they said they changed the pricing a few months ago and posted it on their website (instead of notifying their current customers....SNEAKY). They were not forthcoming with the price change while on the chair and they also made me feel as if I should have looked on the website. However, every time I call to make an appointment they always say “just come in, and we will take care of you”. This is not only unprofessional it is downright WRONG. They should have notified their customers so that we have the option of coming in within three weeks to avoid the over charge. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with my last visit. Unfortunately after going to this place for my eyebrows for the last 4yrs, no longer. They used to have great customer service and eyebrow threaders, but after everyone was let go and the owner took over it went down hill. After paying roughly the same price for 4yrs, the owner tried to price goug me into paying $25 instead of my typical $16 and refused to do my eyebrows otherwise. The encounter left such a sour taste in my mouth that I will no longer be going and my friends wont be going anymore as well.

Love this place...social distancing and cleanliness priority number one...They listen to you too...if you want a specific look ..they will do it...I love a high arch and they have perfected it for me. I have not done yet facials but thats next. I feel very safe going there...temp checks..chair sanitization and they wear a shield. You can book online...

I stumbled across this place because my friend told me about It . My mom and sister got their makeup done by Nibeela for my wedding and they were extremely happy. The salon also offers more services. It’s a family run business and everyone is really friendly. Definitely check them out. They also do really good eyebrow stringing and lashes.

This place is my go to for professional Brow Service. Nibeela is extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. She has opened the salon early for me before hours because of my busy schedule. I was concerned about the COVID 19 situation, but Brow Obsession is extremely safe. I feel very comfortable coming to this salon for my beauty services. I have also tried their skincare services. They use organic and plant based products that are amazing for my sensitive skin. I highly recommend this salon. You won’t be disappointed. The owners are very rude especially the wife she basically chooses her clients and if she doesn’t want to thread your eyebrows or doesn’t like she shuts the door in your face.I’m glad it happened because I found a better place that will thread my eyebrows and they are much better than her.

I am so impressed with how organized, sanitary and professional this establishment is. With the Covid-19 situation, I can say that this salon made me super comfortable to get a service done. They have limited appointments in the salon at a time, I had to wait in my car for my appointment time. They sanitized the chair before and after I sat in It. They wear protective gear while providing the services. And I absolutely am in love with my eyebrow services. I had the Brow Lamination, Eyebrow Threading and Eyebrow Tinting Service done by Nibeela. I walked in with scraggly thin mismatched brows and walked out with beautiful thick, symmetrical ones. I’m so happy to have found this place... I recommend them highly! You won’t be disappointed.

Horrible experience. I came today at 12:00 I was the only person there. They told me although I was a walk in I had to make an appt. so I went to the front to make one, as I was making an apt. 1 lady walks in, they take her before me. I was okay with that because I was signing a paper. After that lady another lady walks in they proceed to take her again after me this lady by the way was 40 minutes late for her appt. so it was not out of the question for them to take me before her. They took her after the First Lady they skipped me with. Then a man walks in and they take him. So to go back to the beginning I was the first person in the shop and they took 3 people that came after me first because I was considered a walk in even though I was there before all the other appointments came. Horrible service. There are way to many other eye brows places out there that are just as good to deal with this ghetto system they use.

Me and my family have been going to this place for years doing our eyebrows. Looking at these horrible reviews these are not true. Out of every place I only trust brow doing my eyebrows. My eyebrows cut off at the end so it’s very hard to make them even. Yet, every time I get my eyebrows dun they look thicker and better than before. The service is amazing and they are very kind. The “owner” Very RUDE honestly no one comes to her to get there services most clients I see in there always go to different staff. Of all the times I’ve ever gone I’ve only dealt with her once for eye brow threading very heavy hand it actually hurt for the first time and I have been getting my brows threaded for over ten years now. Adding insult to injury she did an awful job, I couldn’t understand how she claimed to have trained my usual girl needless to say I never took a chance on her again. Owner doesn’t care about clients, terrible service, terrible attitude would not recommend!

This is the biggest mess that someone did to my eyebrows, I’m so disappointed . I went there just to clean them and I left only with a line which is not even the same shape I noticed when I get home because then paint it with a brunette pen.Please find another place if not you will just lose your money. Ive been coming here for 2 years. Daniela, Tanya, Tanyas mom and Cheryl that use to work at this facility do an amazing job. The way they do eyebrows is true art/ talent, I dont let anyone else touch my eyebrows :)The only downside is that many times the girls threading have to run to the phone and do the cash register so therefore they can at times be running around like chicken with their heads cut off however, this has no representation on the work they do (these girls are amazing). Perhaps my only critique is to have 1 person to work the phone and cash register so the young ladies on the floor arent overwhelmed.Thanks for making my eyebrows gorgeous girls ♡

Ive been looking for a good and reasonable threading place in the Miami area since I moved here in September. Its definitely not easy. I thought this place was going to be my regular spot until I went there for my second visit.Pros:- They accept walk-ins (although you may have to wait a long time).- The thread they use is softer so it hurts less.- The one girl who did my eyebrows twice understood what I wanted.Cons:- Every girl that works there seems to have an attitude.- Its an uncomfortable and hostile environment.- They push you to buy the products they sell in store.I wanted to like this place, but friendliness and good customer service goes a long long way for me. Minus 4 stars just for that. I would only go back if Im desperate or decide to return the $40 hair growing serum I apparently needed.

Brow obsession has been an outstanding place. I recommend Sharon, she is a goddess of the brows. Sharon always gets my exact needs of how I like my brows and she NEVER fails! I usually go to the location in Pembroke Pines(great service), but they were closed, so I decided to drive down to the Miami location. The people at this location were very unprofessional for arguing with customers in front of other customers. The lady also didn’t give me what I wanted, and made my eyebrows extremely thin when I asked to to keep them natural. Very disappointed with my experience.IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT: Excuse me, it was not me who was in your chair for 25 minutes, but rather the customer 2 people before me who also showed you a picture to which you replied you were not able to do that for her. I simply asked for you to clean up my brows as I prefer them natural and you followed that with ignoring what I wanted and then told me it was $5 to shape up my brows. As for you stating that I had a bad experience at the Pembroke Pines location, that is a lie as I always have a wonderful time there and even mentioned to you how I enjoy shadi very much. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and uninviting, you argued with multiple people in my time there which not only prolonged the process, but also kept others waiting. Lastly, I never received a receipt due to the fact that you were arguing with another customer as to why they could not come in, and promptly asked me to leave without providing it. I will never come to this location again and I will not recommend it. If anyone is looking to get their eyebrows done, go to the Anarkali salon in Pembroke Pines, the atmosphere is professional and pleasing.

So I went back and forth about whether I should write this review because this is embarrassing. I went yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded and there was no wait and I was told they were closing early but could take me. The lady who was there had never done my eyebrows before but I thought hey it will be fine never had an issue before. She threaded my brows and showed me the with the mirror. I didn’t have my glasses on and I took a quick look. Looked ok. When I got in the car and had my glasses on and looked in the mirror I was shocked and in disbelief. She over threaded my right eyebrow completely removed an entire section. I have thinner slow growing brows but never had patches completely missing. It is going to take me months for that section to grow back. I am still in shock and will have to draw brows on even to drop my kids off to school because it is so obvious. She obviously saw that she took out a whole section of my brow and didn’t even say anything. I used to love this place but no more.

I have been going to this place for 8 yrs its very professional. I love Sharon she always hook my eyebrows up. Yes u have to wait awhile but I dont mind waiting cause its worth it. They take their time on you and I love that. They do offer u beverages while u wait.. Come check em out u wont be dissatisfied.

I have been coming for about 5-6 years seeing Tonya, and never left disappointed. The service is always prompt and welcoming. It does get busy sometimes so I recommended making an appointment before hand!

They do Indian eyebrows really well and her threading technique makes the experience less painful than other places

They truly do a good job here and the staff is actually friendly. Lately though, a lot of staff are not available anymore for various reasons and now only the owners are providing services so the wait times will be increased, appointment or not. What I’m not liking is there is now a $5 upcharge added if your hair has fully grow in which to me seems pretty ridiculous from a customers standpoint and wish they would have informed me of this prior to booking an appointment because they usually send mass emails regarding updates such as potential charges. Also, I got charged less then I was supposed to for my services at the counter and once I left the establishment about 30 minutes later was bombarded with phone calls and texts about the matter and how it would be noted for the next time I come in which was actually pretty uncomfortable.

I used to go because everyone was so nice, I am not just complaining about 4$ either, but because the lady that says she is the expert is not so much of an expert I loved how the girls cleaned up my eyebrows, but this last time the expert decided she had to define them and I did not like the result. It USED to be a great place.

The best place ever

I had my eyebrows threaded by the owner, and she left one eyebrow completely different from the other. She took off half of the bottom portion of my eyebrow and left the other one unnatural- looking. It is so far the worst experience I’ve had with my eyebrows, and with my experience I do not recommend this place at all.

I walked in one day to have my brows threaded for the first time. Gentleman at the front was very professional and very nice, but the the woman who was assigned to take care of me was another story. From the moment I sat down, I was able to tell she did not want to be there.She did not ask me how I wanted my brows done, I assumed she would know what to do. She told me to hold my lids, with out proper instruction.I didnt know exactly how to hold them, since it was MY FIRST TIME. She seems to get annoyed, and grabbed my hands and put them in the proper position.Next thing I see her pulling out sewing thread.I thought a specific type of thread was supposed to be used.Instead of cleaning up my eyebrows that I had spent so long reshaping and growing back from a bad waxing experience, she left them thin and uneven. I also had a tint done which she seemed to rush though. She claimed it would last 6 weeks. It didnt even last 2 days.Definitely wont be going back.

Im only leaving one star because I can’t leave zero. I recently just walked out of their salon after waiting 30 mins. I had a simple request of not thinning out my eyebrows because last time I came and did them with the owner and they were a little to thin. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Miami over 2 years ago and usually get them done with Danielle but unfortunately she wasn’t working on this day . The owner was completely rude about it, and said she couldn’t do my eyebrows after waiting all that time because she couldn’t “define” them. Terrible experience, I do not recommend coming here.

Megan is the best Ive been threading for over 6 yrs now( used to go to their pines location). I recently moved to Massachusetts took me a while to find someone as good as her! I tried the other people at the salon they messed my eyebrows up one was with an upward arch; while the other had a downward arch! Go to Megan you cant go wrong with her.... And she always has a positive attitude and doesnt gossip like the other girl that besides her!!!

The employees and their practices have traumatized me, I will not **ever** step foot here again. I was getting my eyebrows done when one of the employees got into an argument with a lady who had gotten her eyebrows done. The argument got heated and it turns out it was over a miscommunication between the customer and the technician. The lady who had just gotten her eyebrows done had requested a specific service and it turns out they did something else, thus the employee was trying to charge her 4 more dollars. This is just the beginning, as if arguing with the client was not enough the employees proceeded to call security! In the end the police came. Over $4. As a long time customer, I cannot accept this type of behavior, I was traumatized by the whole experience of having the police come to your store. Calling the police on your customers is a terrifying and scary business practice, given that the lady was told one thing in the beginning, requested a specific service, then overcharged. I will not be returning here, I do not recommend Brow Obsession.

As a guy Ive always had very bushy eyebrows and I knew they looked gross on my face but never did anything about it. I typed up eyebrows on google and this came up. Called early in the morning for an appointment and got in right on time.I was feeling a bit embarrassed having to go to an eyebrow salon being a guy but the lady who did my brows was super understanding of what she did. She explained that men come in here all the time and she promised she wouldnt make my eyes feminine hehe :) The result was amazing, my eyes now have normal, arched, brows but theyre still masculine and I dont get any weird looks, in fact I actually got a few compliments.

The wait time and schedule organization is ridiculous. Ive gotten my brows done by literally all the techs and only 2 have done a really good job. Which is a shame because everyone else loves them too but with their time management even if you have an appointment youll still be waiting more than half an hour.

Poor service. Make you wait forever. One of the girls waits outside and is texting surfing while there is no one inside and I m waiting inside. They tried to charge me for one of the appointments when I did not show up saying their time is important. Sadly I bought a package and have to still go here

The wait times can be around 5 minutes or so with an appointment sometimes, but that is what it is, you have to wait even at the doctor. The services are very good so I wouldnt complain. Always book an appointment and aim for a weekday. Definitely try to be on time for your appointment cos if youre late, thats the kind of thing that makes you wait longer and other people have to wait longer as well.

If youre looking for the perfect brow spot here it is! I have been searching for months for a place who actually knows how to do threading properly. Every place I go to leaves me with uneven and cut up eyebrows. I saw Nibeela today at this salon and she left me in awe. My brows have never looked so good!!!! What I loved about her first was her confidence in educating me about what shape would be the best for my facial features. This salon is very sanitary... she put a Kleenex under my head and made me stretch with paper. She explained it is to keep germs away from my eye and also help me stretch..genius! She took her time and shaped my eyebrows and paid close attention to all the little hairs on the side of my eye (My crows feet..haha). She also did a tint on me which I never tried before but it made my eyebrows look so much fuller. And the best it was only $19 to shape my brows! They were a bush. The other place I went to used to charge me $25 and they never did as good as a job. Clean up maintenance is $14 and I got a discount because Im a student. They also offered me coffee, water or juice which was so nice. I just love this place Im going to tell all my friends and family.

Unprofessional and impatient.. Owner (lady) is rude and argue with customers when customers are unsatisfied with their work. I went there coz first time I had my eyebrows done from Tania (owner’s daughter) she did a great job and it is located close to my place but not again. This time I got my eyebrows done from the owner, she is literally full of attitude, rude and impatient. When I asked her to clean my brows coz she left few hair and didn’t do her job well. I was completely unsatisfied but she got irritated and rudely said I can’t spend whole time on your eyebrow shaping. Also she charged me extra money to reshape my eyebrows coz of full growth without letting the customer know before starting the work. I waited there for half an hour then got to know about extra charge and top of it owner’s rude behavior. I really thought I found good place for eyebrows when I met Tania. But after seeing the owner’s bad behavior I can’t stand this place anymore.We pay for what we ask you get it done but if still we are gonna get bad attitude of yours then I think it’s time to say Goodbye to you... I told the women that was doing my eyebrows, Irania to just clean it up, I recently grew back my eyebrows because I had a terrible experience before with them, where they made it super thin. I even showed her a picture and she ended up making it uneven and super thin. Never again will I come to this place. They dont listen to what you want, they just rush and wait for the next person. If you care about how your eyebrows look and want them to look natural instead of pencil thin dont go there.

The worst service. Went in with my daughter and they cut her lip. Then they charged us more then what they had told us over the phone. The women, seemed like the owner was rude, unwelcoming and obviously hates her job. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.As to your response, the man at the desk said it was his son who gave me the quote over the phone, so no, I did not call a different salon. As for my daughters lip, you sure did cut her lip because you are an angry person who does not deserve to have any contact with anyone. YOUR SERVICE WAS AWFUL!!! I went to this place today, I had been a customer for years. when I enter I saw something different... only one person attending and no so many costumers . I asked for a service that always cost me 15 dollars and I told her like always I want you only clean it up . When I refused to pay and told them I will pay for the service that I asked.The lady told me she is The expert” and she is who decides what I need then they treated me to call Aventura Police. They called the security first and then the Aventura PoliceIt is not about the 4 dollars more than they made me pay . It is about that is not right charge for something that i didnt ask themIf you check the review they have several with the same problem and about the rude that they areAnfortunaly the police did not want to check the cameras to see that when I enter and sit I asked the lady what I want very clear. To reply to what the owner just wrote (her old message is now gone): I dont understand what your deal is with making your customers seem like they are lying. The reason why you cant find me in the system is because you dont have my full name and i rather keep it that way because apparently you bombarded someone with calls when your cashier accidentally charged them $14 instead of $19. Plus you treated that other girl who wrote a review like a liar. I just dont appreciate your new system or how you treat your customers so Im warning others. They can go see for themselves if they want because i havent been there in over a month now. Anyway, I did use to come every two weeks on the dot because i know my eyebrows grow out if i wait any longer than that. Unfortunately one time i wasnt able to make it due to being sick and when i returned, you charged me this new $19 fee even though i told you why i wasnt able to to come. I reluctantly just accepted it but when you cut my skin for the 4th time i had it because you were rushing yet charged me that much while treating me like a child for questioning the new charge. And by the way, sometimes people dont notice things like cuts/missed hairs until they arrive home.After leaving Eyebrow obsession:Even though i went three weeks with crazy eyebrows during my search to find somewhere new, I am incredibly happy with my choice to leave Brow obsession because i was able to find a place to thread a few extra minutes away where they charge you only $12 ($8 for new customers) yet give off beautiful results. The best Ive had in awhile actually. Plus they dont treat you like theyre doing YOU a favor or even better, charge you more when you inconveniently show up with grown in hairs. They even gave me a free face wash/massage demo at the end which was really nice.MAIN REVIEW:The reason why i left Brow Obsession even though i was a regular here for two years is because my last two months there were awful. This was mostly due to the owner Nibeela who i was forced to go to since everyone else who worked for her left. Besides her proud attitude and tendency to treat her customers like children when they start asking questions, she started charging a ridiculous amount of $19 to shape grown out hairs. This is even though they use standard threading equipment unlike other high end places where they actually have an excuse to charge high since they literally measure everything and will spend more time on you. Her usual price is $14 which was already pushing it, but $19??? I usually tip $5 after a great service and always came every 2 weeks on the dot but i guess being a long time customer means nothing. The first time i showed up with grown in hairs due to missing a week i was up charged and she didnt even bat an eyelash when i explained why i wasnt able to come. Do not let her fool you, you should NOT be paying that much for less than 10 minutes in her chair because no matter how she puts it that establishment offers standard eyebrow threading. Coincidentally I was now offered to reach out to get issued a refund a month later now that i came back to add more to my review but In fact the owner Nibeela is so proud of her years in the eyebrow industry to the point that she didnt bother trying to fix anything when i first discussed my issue much less apologize to me while completely skipping over the fact that she cut my skin four appointments in a row. My last appointment with her resulted in my skin burning and then scabbing over the next day because of how deep the cut was. She thinks shes being quick and precise but in the end shes just rushing through to get to the next person and causing damage. Her last reply is no longer there but thats what made me decide to permanently leave. For the sake of your current customers I hope this place has changed since i left a month ago.P.S - The new place i went to told me that whoever had threaded my eyebrows last (the owner of Brow Obsession) made my left eyebrow way too thin on the end so now i have to grow it out.

Always amazing !!! I travel 1hour and 30 mins to get my eyebrows done each time, but its 100% worth it !!! extremely recommendable !!!

This is the best place to get your eyebrows threaded in AVENTURA ! All the ladies are lovely And do a great and professional job. I always have Tonya do my eyebrows but a few weeks ago Nibeela Gave me the most amazing and satisfying facial I have had in months. Not only was it enjoyable and relaxing but she also did a number of different treatments throughout the 80 mins that were unexpected and left my skin glowing for weeks ! I can’t wait to go back and have her give me another one !! If you are in the Miami/ AVENTURA area then this is the place to go for all things eyebrows and skin care !

I was a regular customer here until they made my brows too thin. Went back for a tinting but asked her not to shape my brows since she ruined them the time before. She got defensive, telling me not to tell her how to do her job, then proceeded to argue with me instead of just tinting my eyebrows. I never expected this and would never go back there.

I moved from Miami to Ft Lauderdale but before moving I would go to Brow Obsession and get my eyebrows and lips done regularly. I normally got my eyebrows done with Sharon and I never had a problem. Sharons customer service was unmatched. I was in the area so I made an appointment to get my eyebrows and lips done, since I still had 3 visits left on my package. When I arrived I was informed that Sharon left so the owner was going to do my eyebrows, at the time I was was fine with it I thought if the owner is doing my eyebrow they should come out ok. I asked the receptions if she just started doing the young ladies eyebrow, the owner, who shouldve attended her customer rudely responded to me that I needed to be patient and that once I sit in her chair she will provide me with the same service shes providing her. I responded to her that I was speaking with the receptionist and that I only wanted to know so I could see if I had enough time to Mishas Cupcake next door and pick up something for my mother. I shouldve listen to my gut at the moment and cancelled my appointment but I didnt. I felt so disrespected I didnt even check my eyebrows. When I got home I noticed that they werent cleaned properly. It looked like I didnt even get them done. I called the salon first thing the next morning. I explained everything to the receptionist, she was very apologetic. I told her that I am only in the area on weekends but I knew I couldnt wait until the weekend. She told me that she would make me another appointment at 630 PM but to arrive when I could since this was in regards to fixing a mistake made by the owner. I told her I would be there until close to 7 PM. I normally get off of work 6 PM and the salon location was 50 mins away. I asked her to make sure that she informed the afternoon receptionist about my situation. She assured me that she would. At 630 I called the salon and explain once again everything to the afternoon receptionist because the person in the morning didnt. He informed me that they would wait for me and to drive safe. I sat in traffic for 50 mins arrived at the salon at 652 PM. The door was locked. I asked them to open the door so I can explain who I was. The owner yelled at me through the door WE ARE CLOSED, CANT YOU READ THE SIGN and once again made me feel belittled. The lack of customer service and respect for others is beyond me. Instead of taking your frustrations out on your paying customers you should be thank you you still have some because the way you treat people is unbelievable. I can see why Sharon left. I wish her the best of luck where ever she goes Im sure she will be better treated and respected there.

Overall terrible. The owner is very rude. The first time I had her I asked her for no shaping, just to keep my eyebrows clean. She then proceeded to shape my eyebrows and charged me $5 for them to be shaped. My eyebrows looked so much thinner and not how imagined them at all.

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming to Nibeela ( the owner) and her daughter for over ten years since they opened their salon. I moved out of state and came back and I must say no one quite shapes like them. They have their own specialized techniques. The salon is always clean and everyone is always polite and offer refreshments. Im pretty surprised to see some of the negative comments on here because literally all my friends and family come to Brow Obsession because of the consistency with all the artists. They are all trained by the owners so they are all good. But my favorites are always going to be Nibeela or her daughter. If you can get them book in advance because they are always booked for days sometimes even weeks.Thankyou guys for always being amazing I really appreciate you!

Girls here are very good at eyebrow threading, the prices are good and they even sell good skin care products at reasonable prices.

My favorite eyebrow threading salon and Sharon is the best! The customer service is wonderful and they always make sure you are comfortable.

Seems like its a very uppity placement was told to sit down, no explanation, waited 15 minutes, and then left. Nice play, but did not like the receptionist.

I started with a groupon like 3 years ago after that I started to buy eyebrows packages. Tanya is the best so far because she is fast and she has been consistent with my brows.

Did not get all the hair and my brow tint is too dark. The lady at the desk told me the person would mix it to match the color of my brows but he just slapped on some tint left me there and then said you look great and instead I looked liked Groucho Marx.

Quick, clean, experienced and professional. Book ahead of time bwcause they are always booked. I wouldnt reccomend a walk-in for this reason. Ask for Nibeela or Tania (the owners) for best results - although honestly most of the girls know how to clean your brows without making you look overdone.PS: They may forget to ask but they offer drinks (coffee, soda, sparkling water) while you wait.
