BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS WHAT THEY SEND NOW. AN ORCHID WITH 1 OPENED FLOWER ON THE SPIKES. HORRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING. I’ve been growing orchids for over 30 years. You never move an orchid until more than half the buds are open otherwise the tiny buds you sent will blast before opening. It doesn’t matter how “Fresh “ an orchid is. Very bad policy and you know it. Even grocery stores sell mostly open blooms because the young fresh buds will blast. It’s sad the manager couldn’t take 2 minutes to call me after I called several times. If you really care about customer service you call your customers back on a Saturday at 3 pm, not 2 days later. My friends who received this pathetic orchid were so unhappy with it they took a picture to show me. If you want to send “Fresh” orchids that have 1 flower opened go right ahead. You can continue to fool your customers but one day soon it will catch up with your business.

So I will start by saying that the customer service from Miami Garden Florist is absolutely unmatched. I personally work with florist regularly to send gifts to friends, clients, family and etc... I was referred to Miami Gardens Florist for my wedding. Honestly, I have always been against flowers at a wedding I feel like although they are pretty it is a silly investment. However, I am so glad I changed my mind. Max was very kind, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and affordable! The week before my wedding I wasn’t feeling well, Max was kind enough to help me via text for everything I needed until I felt good enough to enter the shop and finish up the details (Max put together everything I needed for the wedding the day before my wedding). I’m so grateful for the help and expertise. They also deliver to so many places it is a real blessing to have a one stop shop that offers quality and excellent customer services. 5 Stars is not enough in my book for Miami Gardens Florist. Wonderful place with custom service. Described the type of arrangement... height, textures and colors my mother loved in a unique vase....they got it perfect and it brightened her say so much, especially while being quarantined. The flowers I ordered for my mom’s birthday looked marvelous and the arrangement is flawless, evident that someone with a lot of skill took the time to arrange these flowers. My mom was really happy with her flowers and even showed them off to family and friends. Great florist. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mothers Day and they were beautiful, delivered right on time and fairly priced. The roses lasted a week and were perfect.

They were very nice but expensive for what they are and I live in Boston where prices are high. If I could give them zero I would. What a shame to sell bad quality flowers. I received the ugliest peonies I have ever seen in my life that died 2 days later. Peonies are expensive and luxury flowers that can stay alive for a long time. You lost a customer.
