We had such a relaxing time. The captain, Jorge was very professional and was always making sure we were having a good time. We played our music, dove in the sea, danced and just enjoyed ourselves. Rules were told to us at the beginning of the trip and the Captain was also making sure we abide by them while in the boat. The boat is very comfortable and we were able to sit on the deck and enjoyed the view.We will most definitely return.Thank you very much

Weve rented a few boats in Miami for day trips out on the bay/ocean before but never have we had service quite like this. What an amazing experience from the very beginning the captain was sure to explain everything, ask where we wanted to go, what we wanted to listen to or connect our own music and the layout of the vessel. We had the perfect day out on Captain Jack. Jorge and First Mate Kiara were very professional and accommodating from beginning to end. The boat was a great size for a party of 8. Jorge is really knowledgeable and skilled on the water - always felt really safe and in good hands. He asked us where we wanted to go and anchored up in a quiet area where we could paddle board and float on the mat. Our kids loved the experience. Kiara was very service oriented- always there with towels, drinks and set out lunch. I would highly recommend this company and crew. Great value for the money. Just wish I rented it longer. Next time I’m back in Florida, we will rent again.

Booked our trip for 4hrs which started at North Miami Beach. We went for some sight seeing and then proceeded to hang around the other boats, swim and enjoy the water carpet. I had the opportunity to ride with Captain Jorge A Gurfinkiel & First Mate Valentina Sanglade. Captain was chill and laid back & Valentina was sooo sweet, helpful and very hands on which made us feel safe and gave us the confidence to try different water activities— because we don’t know how to swim lol. At one point we were soo lit and turnt but we NEVER felt uncomfortable or judged, which is so refreshing - if anything they encouraged us more.I was with a group of 8 people (18yrs-26yrs) . The boat was affordable, clean, nice, and we were able to connect to the Bluetooth on the yacht and everything was perfect ! Communication with Norma was easy, fast, and clear . I highly recommend.

Booked a Yacht for the first time to celebrate my 23rd birthday with my friends & we had an AMAZING time! GREAT booking company, GREAT communication, GREAT first mat & owner. Only problem I would say I had was we booked entire Yacht and we could only have one person at a time go into cabin area we could not hang out in area at all only to use bathroom do to COVID-19 as owner says. Also there was so many different rules after docking onto boat or things you could not do on boat such as sit on seat without towels.. etc. everything else was a GREAT experience I really enjoyed, Themoorage Yacht is a place to be!!
