We walked in to the store and were there for over twenty minutes plus. There were two associates. One gentleman was working with a client. The other lady was sitting behind the desk. No one acknowledged us. When the customer left, The gentleman proceeded to walk over to his desk. And at that point still no one acknowledged us. I walked over to the gentleman and lady and asked if anyone was going to say hello to us and help us his response was he was with a customer the customer had left already for five minutes I said to him that it would’ve been nice for someone to at least have said hello and be acknowledged. he said,”Are you going to now teach ME about customer service?” we just turned around and walked out. No customer service. Rude. They lost a lot of money from us. It’s a shame such a nice store is run so poorly.

The worst experience I ever had in my life in a kitchen store. I just wanted a real estimate but it was impossible. The salesman didn’t want to see the final project to update the estimate. I was really upset about that and gave up to buy a Mia Cucina Kitchen

Beware after they get there money customer service is out the window cant get them to come back and finish there too busy on other installations terrible customer service wont comeback to fix
