It is well worth the time I spend sitting in the seat at RH with Steven, whether he is highlighting, cutting, styling, or just doing a great wash and blow out for me! I followed him down from NYC this time to continue to have him color and highlight my hair! This guy is not only a pro, he is a super nice pro who is so conscientious and kind. Had a family photo shoot for my moms birthday. We wanted hair and makeup done. I booked 3 people for hair and makeup including my mom. My sister in law hated both hair and makeup. She even said the artist got eyeliner on her contact and it wouldn’t come off. Since we were on vacation she didn’t have a back up pair with her. His brushes were rough and poked you in the face like little needles and she said that he didn’t even clean the brushes between the three of us. I on the other LOVED my makeup ans think he did an amazing job on myself and my mom. I will admit though the brushes were rough and felt cakey. The real issue I had was my hair stylist. Sweetest thing in the world but my hair fell out in 3 hours of just sitting around. Sucks when I could have done a better job and paid for hair that fell out. I also had mentioned to her that my hair falls out of curls easily hinting that they should have been tighter. Pictures below…

Saturday was my first time at RH Salon. The salon itself is nice and big, was very clean and everyone was very nice & professional. My 1st interaction was with Caroline when I made my appointment. I was a little nervous because ... all the reviews about Steven you read here are true! He is great, knowledgable, a true hair artist! So, when he left his previous salon in Brooklyn, NY, I was devastated. There are so many places in the city but when you have a great relationship with your stylist, what do you do? I’ll tell you - you follow them! Now, I’m not ready to move to FL, but thank god for the Wright Brothers and aviation. Booked my flight, my hotel, my hair appointment and went to RH! So, now I’m back in NY with gorgeous color and my great style, a hairstyle he said years ago would be great for me and I haven’t looked back since. A hairstylist at a different salon completely botched my hair and left me with a bleach that was patchy, orange, and not at all what I asked for. I set up a consultation at RH salon to see what could be done, and left with my hair fixed and back to my natural color (which is exactly what I asked for), and still looking healthy after the dye! This salon helped me feel confident with my hair again and fixed the horrible bleach done elsewhere and turned it into a beautiful, even dark brown. Osher was amazing and the prices were super reasonable and everyone was super nice and on time. Will come back again!

I frequently visit this salon for haircuts and I’m always satisfied. Mike is a great stylist and most of the staff was extremely patient and professional. However, I went for a balayage yesterday and although I am very satisfied with the results, my only complaint is the stylist kept trying to charge me extra for services included in the master stylist balayage package. This made me extremely uncomfortable because I went in with a specific budget based on what I read on their website. The stylist tried to charge me for a blowout, And a hair cut, meanwhile this is all included in the balayage package on the website.

Over the course of the last year, I’ve suffered from a little “maskne” and my skin had become dull and uneven. After scheduling a consultation with Luna, we decided on a facial peel/RH Signature Peel. Luna and the RH staff are amazing! The end results came out beautiful, for the results we got we didnt pay enough, it should have cost way more, I would have definitely paid more, that is how awesome my daughters hair came out.i know my review is long but I really wanted everyone reading this review to really understand how great this place is they even have a menu to offer coffee champagne and other beverages and guess what its complimentary, how awesome is that, so STEVEN, RH SALON THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR being the awesome salon that you are. Omg where do I start. I’ve been planning to come here for a while just never got to it. Finally today I decided to give it a try and let me tell you it was the best decision ever made. Steven is by far the sweetest coolest professional hairstylist ever. He works magic!!! I’m obsessed with my new look! Highly recommend him if your looking for someone that will listen to what you really want and deliver that. Thank you Steven for your amazing work!! Can’t wait for my next visit to see what magic he will make happen.

Osher is simply the best! ! He has been doing my hair for years and I cant be more happy with the results every single time! He is professional, patient, and probably has better knowledge about hair than anyone else I know! His techniques and product line/knowledge are amazing not to mention the salon is very clean and chic!

I had the best time having my hair done here! I usually have a friend who is a hairstylist and has done my hair for years. Very spectacle about letting someone else touch my hair... it’s a trust thing! But I put all my trust in Steven and it paid off! I love my hair, not only did he listen to me but he’s also an expert at what he does within 5 minutes of chatting to him, I was like ok go ahead whatever you think! Best decision I’ve made, it’s like he can read minds!!

I was very nervous going into my appointment for a facial. I had only had one other facial in my life and was anticipating something awkward or painful. However, Luna was absolutely amazing. She not only creates a space that feels safe and smells amazing, she also is very calming and allows you to relax completely. She was very knowledgeable and helped to pinpoint my problem areas with my skin. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed and I already find myself planning my next session with her.
