I want to give a great shout out to Max the best awesome manager with his great customer service, Joshua so nice to help my old mom with a chair to sit on, Emily so professional and help us with a approved credit card. Upon arriving at the store you are almost aware that you will be standing in line for a short period of time or a long period of timeIn this case everything move quickly, until the issue to see GEEK SQUAD. presented itself.To be told that we needed a appointment to get them to look at our computer.To get on the website and find that there are no available appointments.DO NOT GO TO THE STORES!IT IS A WASTE OF TIME! PERIOD!

Worst service..they installed a receiver in July and want to charge me 150.00 to come and look at it. Never worked properly. Would not recommend them. I had to hire another company to do it right. It cost me another 1000 dollars.

The worst service!!! We bought a tv two years ago, Samsung Q7.We always bought a extent service. The tv is not working two months ago, the service is coming one day per week and when they wanna do it.Apparently, they fixed one week ago. Now, it’s not working again, and we have to wait when they can do it. No tv in my house, and they no have idea what’s happening with my tv!!Please!! Don’t buy with Magnolia!! And Best Buy it’s the same!!

This is a very sad provider.... i spent 20.000 usd with them but after a year i am still trying to get hold of these guys to finish the job. mostly incompetent. in total a very negative experience... stereo and tv and integration in magnolia adventura
