I called and spoke with Marla and told her my subzero was not working on the refrigerator side. She told me she would have someone call me andShe had Nate call me. He came immediately he did a professional job I was so very impressed I can’t recommend them more highly

Our technician, Nate, came out exactly on time and quickly informed us of the specific issues with our fridge. We needed a part and he initially said it would be a little less than a week because he would have to order it, BUT he was going to try and get it sent in sooner. Awesomely enough, Nate was able to come back the NEXT DAY with the part! Yay!When Nate came back, he found out that we actually needed to replace two parts (no fault of his own at this realization, we thought that a specific fan would do its job but it wasnt working with us). So, Nate was kind enough to do an hours worth of driving around town to pick up this extra part and get our fridge up and running that same day.On top of the efficient and courteous service, Nate was kind and had a very welcoming nature -- it was a pleasure to have him around!I definitely recommend Nate and his services at HR Appliance.
