This company is the kind of company that you want entering your residence. They were very careful in handling my furniture and home goods, they covered everything nicely. Performed the removing of my sheet rock and the water that was caused by the busted pipe that I had from the freeze. when they finished everything was put back in its place and the area cleaned.

Recently, we had to have some mold remediation work done in our home. From the initial meeting, to providing an estimate (with a very fair price), to actually performing the work, ServPro has been nothing less then excellent every step of the process. They arrive timely, their employees are professional, knowledgeable, considerate and courteous. Not to take anything away from the other members of the ServPro team who have been involved with the job, but, in particular, I must commend the two technicians who performed the actually work on-site. Aside from being obviously experienced professionals, they performed their work incredibly well. They staged the job with meticulous detail, they worked efficiently and neatly...which I am sure is not easy to do, although they made it look easy. Anyway, I could go on and on about how impressed I am with ServPro but I hope that I have made my point. I highly recommend ServPro and would rate them as EXCELLENT.

At first, the company was real responsive. Once I committed, urgency towards me lacked. I had to ask several times for invoices, I was blamed for my work schedule despite them knowing that before they took the job, and when water began leaking again, I was told that they could not get someone to help me open up the drywall [by Sam] so that I could, at least, clean up the water.As far as the work, it was done at a satisfactory level. I would not use them again, however, as there is a lack of empathy at their establishment. Good luck!

On 8/11/2020 Servpro of Hollywood arrived to my condominium for a scheduled a/c vent cleanup. Ive been working from home for several weeks and prior to 8/11/20 I had been sneezing, irritated eyes and felt short of breath. After seeing Lungs Doctor (AMH), he informed me that several of his (latest) patients had been experiencing similar symptoms and that most of them had also been working from home or been at home since the cv19 pandemic. The Doctor ran the standard medical tests and did not find anything physically wrong with my lungs. He did recommend that I should have the air conditioning vents at my residence checked for dust and debris accumulation. When the servpro technicians Jason and Alvaro removed the a/c vent covers, I asked them to take a picture of the inside air duct. It looked like a dungeon for mites and dust. After the clean up of all the vents and ducts, the air quality improved 100% and now my breathing is normal and without irritant symptoms. Bravo Zulu (military term for work well done) team Servpro.

David, the owner, took my call in the even way after normal business hours and took the time to reassure me and walk me through what the steps were going to be to address the water damage in our place of business. He made himself available to me at all hours and his team was just fantastic. I couldnt be happier with their level of professionalism and the job that they did. I should have written this review weeks ago but I wanted to make sure that nothing unexpected would turn up with the work that was done. I had a major mold problem in my home. It was so bad we had to move out for months as we were all symptomatic with a range of horrible symptomes. While we were out of the house, I was interviewing companies to remove the mold and repair all the damage. Luckily I decided to go with Servpro. Even it the midst of the county shutting down they were able to come out and do the repairs. They ended up having to remove the walls down to the studs in certain rooms and even tear down some of the outside walls. I really never thought we would safely be able to move back and live in this house but as promised our house is truly mold free. The proof is that we have been back about 2 months now and we are all healthy with none of the previous health issues we had when living in the house prior to the rennovation. I cant thank the professionals at Servpro enough. They were fast, responsive, detail oriented, and professional. I hope never to have to go through this again but if I do they would be the only company I would call. Thank you David, Oscar and all the other wonderful people who made my home liveable again.

I recently endured a devastating flood where I had 6 to 11 inches of water inside my home. I called my local ServPro first thing in the morning to be ready to respond when the water in the streets receded. During the course of the day ServPro trucks made several unsuccessful attempts to access my home to extract the water but were unable to gain access due high waters, blockaded streets and stranded cars. But they never gave up. At 7pm that evening Ismael was finally able to gain access to my home, extracted the water, and set up fans and blowers to dry the walls and furniture. The following morning Jason returned with his crew, Alvaro and Francisco, assessed the situation, moved everything to the center of each room, removed all baseboards and set up dehumidifiers and additional dryers. Throughout the process Dave kept in constant communication with me. I had a leak in a closet while I was away and in 48 hours there was spreading mold and water damage! Larry the owner and Ishmael the best specialist of serve pro came in and put up containment walls and removed the damaged areas and used giant dehumidifiers to dry the area. Then provided air scrubbers which soothed my concerns of mold in the air. Marble had to be removed and Ishmael did it so carefully that none were broken! Now they are getting the area tested to ensure everything is a go to put it back together. They are great. Came quick and knew exactly what to do. Terrible company. contacted them because i found out recently that water was leaking in my walls because of the hurricane damage. I first got the leak fixed, and then i was told by my adjuster that i had to get a water drying company. the receptionist has no training and put me on hold while trying to help me. I then spoke to the manager who was dismissive, unhelpful, and then told me that they did not work with insurance, and i had to self pay. Instead of trying to help me out, they told me all these reasons why they didnt take insurance.
