I used them twice since my washer and dryer got flooded. They are super professional and efficient. Great communication and updates by texts and emails. They pick up and deliver the laundry washed, softened and nicely folded. I wish I can afford to use them all the time. I strongly undoubtedly recommend them.

Ive been going there since they opened. Used to love it. Was always kept clean. In the last year my returning was spaced out alot, but every time its gotten worse with cleanliness. The floors looks filthy, washers are leaking water, the washer smelt like mold as well as there being mold around the lip when i opened the washer door. Ive not one to usually leave a review, especially a negative one. Im just really disappointed and feel since its a place to CLEAN our clothes, it should be cleaned properly.

I have been using Mr. Fresh Laundry for their pick up and drop off service and the service received is always exceptional. They are always on time and are professional yet friendly. From the quality of work received you can tell they treat your clothes as if it were theirs. They have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

They lost two sets of my king size sheets and they are aware of this and sixinths later still have no rectified the situation. Basically Im beat for my $189 macys sheets even tho I asked they be replaced with a decent set of sheet comparable (I made it clear it didnt have to macys sheets and not the most expensive but not cheap sheets either) as a matter of fact I was told I can no longer drop clothes off for wash dry and fold service. There is no really space to fold clothes I think they have four table three are smooshed together in the back and one is near the front. They always have things in the washers and dryer for their service customers and only leave a few washers and dryers open for walk in customers. The only reason I continue to go there is bc the manager that I had the argument with is never working and I really do love the girls and the guy that work there and its so super close to my house. However its still extremely unacceptable that they lost my sheets. They have also forgotten to give me full bags of clothes (twice) when I dropped clothes off to be washed dried and folded. However Ive done my own laundry and have forgotten clothes in the dryer and they have put them aside for a week for me while I was traveling until I came back (the nice employees did that)

This is the third time I have used Mr. Fresh. All three times I have been impressed. Everyone is so friendly, and helpful. They pick up and deliver your laundry at times that are convenient for you. They notify you to remind you that they are on their way. My clothes are folded so well and smell so nice. It’s worth the money they charge for the time you save. Time is money!

They hold an extra 5 dollars every time you swipe your credit card and they say it should be back on your card the next day. But it never is. I left my number with them multiple times to give me back my $10. And they never got back to me. Wouldn’t recommend to use credit. But cash is a good and it’s a clean place.

Busy, but prompt and efficient !Came in with a lot of clothes, the workers were doing clients laundry loads a large quantity and I still found machines to use all sizes and it was easy to use and fast (coins or credit cards accepting) no bank needed, reasonable prices on washers and dryersThe dryers work extremely well 👍🏽I had no mask (covid19) called and they gave me one no issues which was a huge plus

Friendly, helpful and convenient. I will definitely go back.Update on my review: Went there today to pick up items I put in right before the lockdown and they charged me $20 for a storage fee. Not only does that amount seem excessive, but to charge in the middle of a pandemic is ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

Great machines, great service, very helpfulThe manager was very nice, he used his products to help me to get rid of a really bad looking stain in my white sweater.Love this laundromat always very clean, and the machines are new and updated,(super convenient you can you use coins or your credit card 😊) the are new machines so they do amazing job leaving the clothes super clean ❤😍

Mr. Fresh is the best laundry service around. They are prompt with their pick up/drop off and every thing is folded and separated so neatly. They have a great group of employees who always bring a friendly vibe when they come to deliver. This service was a life saver for us when we first opened our physical therapy practice! We highly recommend them for all your laundry needs!!

Im working out of town and needed a laundry service. I found Mr fresh laundry service on Google maps. I dropped off my laundry and had it back the next day. I was glad that they rinsed out the soap good. Sometimes a laundry doesnt and the soap burns my skin. These guys do a good job and it is all folded up and wrapped in selaphane. Nice

Mr Fresh did a great job with my laundry for a very reasonable price, and even delivered the laundry to my hotel room with a smile, precisely on time. They called ahead when the delivery driver was leaving, and had packaged my clothes neatly and wrapped them in plastic to keep them dry. Two thumbs up!

I have been using Mr. Fresh for 8 months now and I had previously used another wash and fold service. They provide pick up and delivery of the laundry which is impressive. The clean the clothes and fold them and then cover in plastic which holds the folds tight. They make my life easier.

I can not stop recommending this place!!! Fantastic services and great staff! I first went in to get my sheepskin boots cleaned as they were looking awful from last winter. Both Jessica and Kevin went over all my available options and packages in detail and educated me on their amazing cleaning process. MY BOOTS LOOKED BRAND NEW!! I was so impressed with the results and I brought in my second, and favorite, sheepskin boots for the same cleaning and waterproofing. I also brought in my huge mattress comforter to get cleaned due to dog urine stains and wine stains and they were all gone!Bottom line, if you need laundry done, shoes cleaned, even hats restored, you need to come here! They aim to please all their clients and their results do not disappoint. Also they offer free pickup and delivery which is PERFECT for us lazy people that cant leave the house thank to Netflix.
