This place steals your money. Coin machines will take your money. Out of service as soon as you put money in. They don’t provide any customer service to resolve any issues.

Never had a problem until going in today to wash out cars. Put $10 dollars in after a few seconds of starting to wash the cars machine just shut off and took our money.

Alarm went off for no reason and took my money. I didn’t violate any rules or anything. This happened to me on two different occasions. Will not be returning.

Went here to wash my floor mats, they kept shutting machines off after I put money in so kept switching bays, same experience in each bay, others pulled in and they had no problems out 20 dollars in tokens, do not recommend this place

Went to this place for the first time on Sunday, May 23, 2021 since I like to wash my own car. Everything seemed fine at first until the owner or whoever he was started walking around with his clipboard. When I was cleaning my rims, he reset my machine without telling me he did so. I went to put money in the machine after scrubbing my rims and lost 7 quarters since my machine was reset without my knowledge. I continue putting enough money in the machine for 5 minutes, so I figured Ill use the foaming brush to get spots I may have missed. About 2 minutes go by and the machine turns off. I go pounding on the doors to get the owner, but of course he doesnt answer. And since I had soap on parts of my car still, I figured Ill just get more change so I can rinse the soap off...but nope! The change machine MAGICALLY stopped working...ALL FOUR!! That was my first, and trust me, last time there and will report them to BBB.

The owner is very rude!!! If you pull up to the bay and don’t add money with in 5 mins the bay shuts down. So no bucket washing and he shut down my bay while I was using is brush!!!!!! Service is horrible.

Cheap decent for price. Closed till 10pm the tokens are a little messed up put 5 tokens in and only got 3 tokens of credit had to buy more tokens to finish later.

Went here without reading reviews and regretted it. A very similar thing happened to me as all other reviews. Alarm went off after depositing money. Stole my money. How is this place even in business?Please do not patronize this business.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the absolute worst car wash I have ever been too. If i could give zero stars I would. This is a self service car wash. The machines ate my money, but there are no attendants available for a refund. If the owners of this business cannot see fit to provide the bare minimum of service. I will never give them another dime of my money, nor should anyone else. I plan on filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

The owner upstairs watches the cameras and shuts off the machines on people who already paid for them. I put enough tokens in that added up to 20 minutes to get a real good wash. Not even 5 mins goes by and the machine dropped down to 1 minute. Didnt even have enough time to rinse the soap off. As I start putting in quarters, the machine resets to 1 minute everytime. I had to drive home and finish rinsing the soap off. Terrible place. This happens to other people as well. Owner shuts it down for different races that he doesnt like. Everytime I go here theres a problem with me. Tried to call the owner, never picks up the phone. All around terrible business. Should be shut down or turned over to new owners.

Agree with everyone else, this place is a total rip off! Machines eat money and theres no one there to help with it. They sound these stupid alarms for no apparent reason and the equipment doesnt look like its very well maintained.

They will take your cash give you tokens and then shut the power to your play off to the wash bay. I tried calling the number multiple times for assistance and no one answers or returns the call. Avoid this place at all cost.

I was in the area and decided to wash my car. After leaving the place, I discovered that it wasnt washed as cleanly as I hoped when I was getting the most expensive package. Instead, while the body seemed washed until it dried out, the windshield had spots that got revealed in the sun. In general, it wasnt worth the $19.99 I paid for it.

I actually like the self service station. My only problem was that the brush didnt really do much scrubbing. When I rinsed, some of the bird poop was still visible. Besides that, pretty decent place.

I went there a few days ago, and after I got my tokens, an alarm sounded and they turned the hose machines off. There are no signs stating the hours, but there are plenty of signs telling you what you cannot do and the authorities will be contacted. The machine dispenses tokens so non-customers cannot take advantage of the abundance of quarters. There is no attendant on site, just cameras on the ceilings watching everyone.My other gripe is that the machines are set not to refund your money, which I thought was illegal. So I went back another day and put in a few coins after my time was up thinking it would behave like a dryer at a laundromat. Well, it did nothing, but there is no coin release, which is intentional. I could not get back my coins, this is a very dishonest place.The brush and hose are on opposite sides of the space you are in, so you waste some time putting one back while getting the other. The soap wash has very little soap. Also, unless I missed it, there is no sign with the company name or phone number. I had to search on Google Maps to find their name. My car wash was okay, but I have had better with the non-self serve.

The biggest rip off place in nj steals your money and shuts off the bays everytime you try to use the machine its like they are watching you and once you get a bunch of coins which are amusement park coins from the change machine and you use the car wash halfway thru the wash they shut it off then when you try to pull into another bay they shut it off so you cant use it should be illegal for them to do this shady place stay far away from this place should be shut down !!!!

Convienant, clean, only problem Ive had is that the change machine are 10 bucks, then the actual bay ate some of the coins. Both happened same day, lost 22 bucks. But this only happend once. Still a great place tho. Beats getting scratched at those other places...

Horrible car wash. Owner is a joke, turns machine off and turns an alarm on for no reason when I was just rinsing off road salt off of my truck. This happen another time as well because I hit the undercarriage of my truck real quick. Doesnt answer the phone and hides behind his cameras that hes always watching. Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I pull into a bay, put change in and nothing, which I found odd, so I thought it was a defective machine. I pull into a bay that I see one of the floors wet, put quarters in and it pops right back out, so I walk around to a bay that I physically see the machine lit and throw a quarter in and it registers time. After about 3 quarters it shuts right off.. a Dodge charger pulls in two bays down, which is the original bay that I was in and it works perfectly fine. So I asked what he did and he states all he did was put quarters in. Odd.. so a nice lady pulls into the far left bay with the dryer puts money in and it fucntions as it should. I explained whats been happening to me and she urges me to try the bay that she literally just finished..I put two quarters in and it registers, she witnessed it, so I turn around to go grab my car, and it miraculously shuts off. By far worst experience I have had at any place like this, HORRIBLE. Id love to speak to owner or manager, but of course there is no number listed anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Thank me later.

The most miserable workers at this car wash you ever met. Theres always one guy that greets you and takes your money. He is so rude and nasty. You can say hi how are you. He doesnt even respond. He just gives you an angry look. If I can speak what hes thinking its I hate my job I hate my job I hate my job. And the carwash is horrible to. It doesnt even clean your car properly. It barely even gets the dirt off of it leaves patches on it.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible car wash. Huge waste of time and money. I bought tokens and put 3 in the machine and it read 12 minutes. I began washing my car and after maybe a minute, the time was reduced to 3 minutes. I continued washing my car and then switched to another bay. I finished washing my car but another guy had been waiting and all the machines were turned off on him. After I was done my machine turned completely off too, you could not even put money in it to get it to work. Whoever the owner is must’ve been watching the cameras and messing with us, such a scumbag and terrible service.

DO NOT...I Repeat..DO NOT go to this car wash!!! They will rip you off. Each car bay has cameras in them that the owner watches you from. My boyfriend and I went there and put $20 in the change machine that only gives you tokens to use at that car wash. Every time we would pull in a bay the machine would mysteriously turn off. It was a Sunday around 6:00 pm so we figured they turn off at a certain time. Frustrated, we left and said well come back another day to use the tokens. We went back today around 2:00 pm. People were there washing their cars so we figured everything should be fine...NOPE! The same thing happened again. So, this time we knew it was not a coincidence. We looked around for a phone number to call because we just wanted our money back, but there was no number. We decided to call the police. The officer that answered looked up the number to the business and when we called it just rang and rang. The officer even went so far as to look up the reviews and when she came back she said theyre horrible and advised me to never return there. I WILL NOT ever return to this car wash and she also advised me to report them to the better business bureau.While we were there another man pulled in and we told him that the machines are not working. The man told us that the guy that owns the place watches you from his home and he can turn the machines off from there. This man is a criminal!! He is stealing from people and needs to be stopped!He has not heard the last of me!!

Terrible car wash. Alarm sounded and shut off and wouldn’t let me wash my car after spraying my wheels with cleaner to get the stuck on grime off.

A normal carwash, the only problem it has is that you cant hand wash your car. You have to use their machines to clean your car.

HORRIBLE OWNER!!!!!! I had the same experience with the owner turning off the machines before I was able to use them. Each bay I pulled into turned off mysteriously and there was 1 bay being used. When that person finished I pulled into it and yup mysteriously turned off. There a small door that a guy walked into but when I knocked on the door the guy didnt answer or come out. Horrible owner will rather spend gas than give him my money.

Terrible Experience, The service is very unprofessional and lack people skills. I took my car there to get washed and vaccumed. The way this place is set up is strange because you have to drive around in a circle after washing your car just to get to the vaccums. So I figured to make things easier I would turn my car around so it would face the direction of the vaccums. After completing that task, I had another task at hand with the so called Manager there. He blanently cursed me out for not obeying the apparent signs in the facility, when I actually did obey them He then threw me out and told me to find a new place and if I returned to this place he would have me arrested for trust passing.

Went by for a car wash. I was the only one there. I pulled out of bay to dry my car and owner was such a jerk pulling up in his truck telling me i cant dry my car outside of bay. Mind you no one was there washing cars. I would drive farther away to wash my car then support a bad local business.

In tthe middle of my wash, the damn wash shuts off, and me and one other person in another bay were washing our cars, everything shut off, I had 5 minutes left to wash, and when the lights came back on, I had nothing, tried to put money in to rinse my car off nothing, so i called nothing.This place really needs to be turned in, POS stealing hard earned money .
