I typically ship my own stuff VIA usps, but I had an item I wanted to ship fed ex, and needed a specific size box so I came here to do it all at once. Seth was so helpful, they had the right size box I needed, and the process was so quick and simple. I will definitely come back, thanks guys!

Seth should be considered a valued associate at Send It Packin. I was the third person in line on a recent visit and ALL of us needed more help than we realized when we walked in. I stood and listened as Seth patiently and kindly explained to each of us what was needed to get our packages on the way. When he saw me struggling with my package, he invited me to the other counter and began explaining to me how we could get the mailing label printed, never losing a beat with the other customer and never expressing any amount of exasperation. I left this business feeling good about humanity! Thank you!

No DirecTV equipment drop off.Update: My first sentence was a warning for those needing to drop off equipment, it will save someone time. I am not judging harshly I stated facts. The rep was kind, I was in and out, but I dont consider that 5 Star. It seems that maybe the website info should be better detailed and or updated.

Dont go to this place very dishonest, they charged for something that was supposed to be free 1st time, second was a package that I was supposed to go to any FedEx place and send something back to walmart.com they said they could for a high price when it was to be free returns. Bad place to do business.

Customer service is excellent. They are very helpful and often go out of their way to assist. Much easier and faster than the post office, especially since since DeJoy became postmaster general.

Store was very clean and very good customer service

I have used Send It Packing many times and like the service very much, but this last time I was trying to return a package to Amazon but Amazon gave me the wrong barcode to return it and the lady who helped me at send it packing was kind enough to package it up for me anyhow and told me where the closest UPS store was so I called Amazon and got the correct barcode and few days later went back to send it packing and they still couldnt send it because of the barcode and I only went back to Send It Packing because the lady was so kind to me; she didnt have to pack up my package for me. I will continue to send my packages through these people in future.

In their effort to give each individual customer great customer service, you waited in line way too long.

I went here with a difficult shipment order and they really took their time to make sure it was done right! They don’t cut corners to just be done, they do quality work and are so amazing at their job. I highly recommend them and will continue to make the 45min drive because it is COMPLETELY WORTH IT to work with such great people who get things done the correct way. The staff is great and have really helped make stressful shipments much easier to handle because they make sure things get done properly. I HIGHLY recommend them, honestly I cannot say enough great things about them. I suppose you will have to go there for and see for yourself! :D

Purchased a bulky, fragile item from an online auction and needed it shipped 500+ miles. Tracy at Send it Packin was my third pick up and ship service I contacted after the first two were less than helpful. From initial response, quote, pickup, packing and shipping 500+ miles, the customer service and communication from her and her staff was awesome! Highly recommend...customer service at this high level is a rarity!

A good place and fast place to paid your bills at. Paid your electric bill and gas bill trash bill. And your Direct tv bill and mobile phone bill .

Cant recommend highly enough for Amazon returns. They can print and ship right there from the store, with exceptional customer service.

I recommend using Send it Packin for all your shipping and packaging requirements from a small package to any large size package. They are very professional and go out of their way to help from gathering packing materials, shrink wrapping to finding just the right box or crate for our shipments!!

I do not have an issue with the delivery service, however I dont agree with certain practices at this location. I am a college student so every six weeks I purchase or rent a book for my courses and use this facility to return my books. Each time I am solicited for a donation for community baseball, which is not the issue when donations are optional and not required. This particular visit I brought in my package, prepared and ready to ship. When I asked for a receipt I was told to drop a donation in the box or that I could take a picture of the label with my cellphone or write the information down by hand and was refused a receipt. I thought this was very distasteful. On top of paying for my own education, I empty my pocket change every night into my sons piggy bank for his 529 college savings plan. Send It Packins intentions were good but delivery of the message, not so much. Every spare dime I have I try to use to help my son avoid the same struggles that I am experiencing as an adult learner and student.

They go out there way to help you and they are very friendly people. Every time i have to send anything out they do a good job packing things up for you.

Concerned with the insecurity as very sensitive documents get processed and seems there is a high lack of quality control. It still feels like a scam business with the unprofessional communication and emails.
