Great business! I walked in and was greeted by the shop dogs and a lovely lady. She showed me the films they use and I selected one and they went to work. They offer a Comfortable indoor waiting area, unlike shops Ive been to in the past where I find myself sitting on a curb waiting.. I plan on having more of my vehicles done here in the near future. Was shopping around for car tint, and as I was driving home, I saw the groovy blue van parked out front that read Austin Window Tint so I pulled in, went inside, and immediately felt welcome. they were able to tint my car that same day, and returned my car to me within half an hour. AMAZING customer service, high quality work, and professionalism. I will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone that needs tint.

Tinted my car a month or so ago and had a great experience! I had stopped in to discuss pricing previously, but wasnt quite ready at that point. Found some time, called, was able to make a same day appointment, and the work was done with two hours as promised. My car looks great and the sun is finally out of my toddlers eyes!

Called to check pricing. Best deal in town! Fastest service. Tinted my Volvo front windows in 45 min! That is fast since you have to shrink the top and bottom of the film to make it fit. Attention to detail is what they have! Great selection of products and lifetime warranties are available. I will be coming back for all my tinting needs. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice staff and good customer service. They worked hard to please me and didn’t give me any attitude when I noticed a scratch. They replaced the tint on that window with a smile. Nearly two years later, the tint still looks good. I did get the super expensive ceramic tint but man was it worth it. When I opted for the clear windshield tint, I could tell the next time I drove it how much of a difference it makes.

I worked with Charley on tinting two of my cars. I am coming in this weekend to have my wifes car tinted as well. My previous experience is these guys are great! I was given a tint on my Corvette for Christmas. I made an appointment for 10:00 and was told that it would take two hours. I arrived at 10:00 and was told it would be 2 1/2 hours (no biggie). Returned at 12:30 and was told it would take another 30 minutes (again no biggie). After an hour I asked what the status was and was told they were finished and were just cleaning up and it would be 15 minutes. At the 30 minute mark I was told they needed to start over and would need two more hours. No one called me to say they were having problems with the original delay and each time there was another delay I had to ask what was going on. After four hours I no longer trusted them to actually do a good tint after four tries. The technician never came out to explain why they were having so many delays and just sent his wife out to extend the time. I asked them to refund the tint fee which they did. Where has happened to simple customer service?

Ive never had a vehicle tinted, so I did a ton of research on places and tint types. This place had reasonable prices and great reviews. So glad I went here. At first, the tint looked horrible and worried me, but I was told to let it sit in the sun and it would work out all the bubbles. It totally did. The next day, the tint was 100% perfect. I waited about 4-5 months to write this review because I wanted to verify the tint would hold up (even though he told me to bring it back if something happens to it). It is still 100% perfect.Super friendly staff, perfect tint job, no bubbles, alignment is spot-on... I cant give anything but 5 stars.

Good transaction up front, but two years later is when the quality shows. All of my windows are now starting to bubble up. My other vehicles have tint 6+ years old from a different tint company and still no issues. Austin window tint uses low quality tint so sure it may look good up front, but down the line not so much.

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I entered the door with a homie inviorment. MS. Shannon was very helpful with explaining the shades and % of sunblockages. I was told not to roll down the windows for 2 days and did I do 5 min later. I rolled down the driver side window and completely messed up the job. Took 12 hours to get a tint job done. Was very unclear on the time the job would take ended wasting my entire day/night. Waste of time and money, do not go here.

Charlie from Austin Window Tint just made my weekend! I wanted to grab a quick price quote over the phone and he knew his tinting options, how long it would take, and the details on what was meant by lifetime warranty. $350 for the highest quality tint with lifetime warranty on my 2010 Prius, AND he finished it in under 2 hours. He went on to explain a possible improvement in the future to think about and there was no pressure or any hard-sell tactic, just a quick side-note if I wanted my large front windshield to also help limit the amount of heat coming in the huge Prius front windshield with a clear but heat reducing tint. He even checked my wifes car tint when she asked for a quick suggestion for her car. I was hoping to get it done over the next few weeks, but Charlie knocked it out of the park in small chunk of my weekend and surpassed what Id hoped to have happen when getting my windows tinted. They are $50 cheaper than the other place in town with high ratings on Google and Yelp. Id trust them to fix my wifes tint as well.

David, Charlie and India are the greatest!I received a quote over the phone and took in my Explorer to have a Double Din DDX 470 Kenwood radio installed with Bluetooth and SiriusXm add-on. I also had 4 new speakers installed. Charlie was wonderful and I couldnt have asked for more service than they provided. Everything works better than I imagined!If I ever need anything else done on my car I will take it there because I know they will take good care of me and my car and not over charge for their work!They were very nice, professional and the Wi-Fi and TV while I waited was very nice!Rob
