The quality of the video we received is also fantastic - added bonus are the videos available on dropBox (after you pay of course and they send you a link) so you dont have to wait to receive your tapes back with a USB stick if you selected it.The service will seem a bit odd at first - you drop your tapes at Pak Mail, where the tapes are picked up later in the day (pro tip - it is a few businesses to the right of Golds Gym), but if youre reading this and have any hesitation, please know the folks at Pak Mail know exactly what is going on and are super helpful. Your tapes are safe and in good hands the moment you drop them off, and returned in a professional packaging.Would I recommend this to anyone with old tapes? ABSOLUTELY - please get your tapes saved with this local business! A wonderful service! Its so amazing to have digitized versions of old family tapes. My mother passed away 5 years ago and these are the only things i have of her in which I can hear her voice and see her moving around. She hated being photographed so its just a joy to be able to access her whenever I need to!

Did a great job converting 24 year old home movies in a week or so. Drop off and pick up at PakMail was easy and convenient. They stayed in contact through the process and were quick to answer emails and make last minute copying changes. Price was reasonable and fair.

Highly recommend this company after a lot of research and a great experience! At first, I was a little concerned about the drop off point at a retail location, but everyone was so professional and I was kept up to date with all the progress! We had 30+ tapes of VHS and 8mm / High 8 etc... and James did an excellent job of converting to a digital format; all of the digitized copies were posted online for download and also we got a copy of the entire set on a USB. We are pleased with the quality of the digitized videos.

I had been procrastinating for years but finally contacted James, the owner of Save Your Tapes, on his website to transfer my old VHS, VHS-C and mini DV tapes to flash drive. I dropped off and picked up my tapes at the Pak Mail on Anderson Mill. James communicated with me throughout the process and everything was returned in a neat box. I wish I had transferred my old video footage years ago but I’m so glad I finally have these digital clips. The memories and experiences on them are priceless!
