Ive used Robert a few times, the most recent was to construct a limestone wall in front of my house. Robert and his crew were on site working from 8:30am until the sun went down every day. Very hard workers. His rates were reasonable and his quality is exceptional - I couldnt have imagined a better looking final product. Ive also used Robert to remove trees and brush. Hes quick, efficient, nice, and meticulous. Hes truly a diamond in the rough in Austin. Highly recommend for any job.

Trimmed dead branches for us on a tree near our power & data lines in the back. They accidentally broke the data line (this would have been hard to avoid, given the position of the tree), but we were offered a generous discount for the trouble. I would hire them again.

Roberto and his crew did an excellent job. Despite the rain they got the job done. They did a great job of cleaning up, moving my plants, very pleased with their work and professionalism. They will be back to remove the stump within 5-8 days! I will write another review thereafter. Thank you Roberto !

Roberts Tree service was excellent! They removed several overgrown bushes from in front of my house, trimmed and shaped the remaining bushes and was done within the hour. Will definitely use them again.

I called for a trimming service and a guy came out and gave me a quote and scheduled a time but they no called/no showed for the trimming appointment. I had been texting with Deya about the appointment so I texted her after I never heard from them; she said they got busy that morning and would most likely show up the following morning and they again...no called/no showed. Not sure what happened there.

Robert spent the past 4 days telling my wife that hed show up at 9 am, and that we were the top priority. All lies, never showed up, and today we took off of work to wait here for him. Definitely steer clear.Edit: To be clear, they were talking to my wife, Natasha, which is why my name isnt showing up. Ive now had a tree sitting on my roof for the better part of a week because of the lack of follow-through here.

In the middle of our severe storm on May 28th our old Ash tree fell and crashed into the roof of our house creating two holes which let water in to the attic - damage to ceiling and walls spread - After the storm ended we began calling 24 hour tree companies - We called based on ratings and reviews - 3 companies did not answer, 1 answered but was booked and then we called Robert’s -The voice on the phone was calm, reassuring and offered a prompt appointment! It was critical to get the roof cleared and tarped before more rain came - In 30 minutes the boss was here - After careful evaluation he gave me what I considered to be a very reasonable quote, explaining what they could do that day and what they would have to return to finish later -It was a dangerous and complicated job - I asked them to please preserve the other plants around the workspace and to please do the cut downs on the driveway instead of the lawn ( my picky -) - Not one branch of my plants was even cracked - the driveway was used and the neighbors came out to watch the process of roping and pulleying - 5 men on a rope keeping the trunk from causing more damage to the house - It was a fabulous job -Bonded, insured, professional, courteous, and willing to indulge an old retiree the love of her lawn - I can’t imagine a better tree company exists - If I could give this gallant crew 7 stars I would - As it is, best service in town! Thank you gentlemen!

It is rare to find such professional arborists at such fair costs. In fact before I even asked, I was offered a first time customer discount on top of the best prices I found for the limb removal work. I hired Robert on the spot and his crew came back within two week to take care of all the overgrown tree limbs touching our house. When they couldn’t finish the work in a day as originally planned, they came back two more times immediately to finish the work and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was so excited about the work, I also hired Robert’s team to help me clean up all the weeds in the side and front flowerbeds. I never knew the flowerbeds could look so good!While we did have some communication challenges, Robert was very transparent, apologetic and his partner Deya helped overcommunicate as soon as I raised issues.The crew was quick, thorough and I appreciate how much the team worked with me to make sure we used existing materials as well as put in materials that would be best for the space and sun exposure.Robert also gave me another quote for a tree that needs to be removed and we look forward to getting it taken care of by Robert and his team soon. Ricardo and his crew removed a large oak limb that was hitting our second story gutter when we had strong winds. They also trimmed other trees and removed vines. They did a very good job at a reasonable price.
