Not sure why my company uses Hastings.....the customer service is not very good. Apparently there is only one person in the whole company, that can make changes to my account. When she is not there the account gets screwed up. they used to be good, but the service has deteriorated over the years.

Terrible!We need a new service, they call not knowing who they need to talk to and ask employees who they should have called.Dont use them.
