This technician has been to our home twice in the last few weeks. Both time he left leaving technical issues unsolved.How hard can it be to program remotes.Direct TV is drowning in substandard customer service (India) and unqualified repair techniciansI rated one star because google doesn’t allow 0 star ratings.
