My internet went down at my office on 2/12 and I spoke with Mike. He was so patient and kind even when my attitude was not the best at the start of our conversation. I wish all technical support people were like him! Thanks again Mike for going above and beyond!!
GTT purchased my old ISP and unfortunately my contract. So now I pay $800 per month for business class internet and VOIP service that is constantly going down and tech support doesnt even understand what a static IP block is. Worst experience with an ISP ever. Their provided hardware is junk, and has been hacked 5 times in the past year. Fortunately we have a proper firewall behind it protecting our systems.
