Im posting a review related to the installation of a phone system for Total Pro Flooring here in Austin, TX. We are a smaller size company experiencing rapid growth in sales. Etech provided us the means to have an integrated phone system for two locations. The features and options of our new phone system meets all of our needs and we will be adding a third location by the end of 2019. I highly recommend allowing Etech to review your phone system needs. We were provided an option that fit within our financial budget.

As part of the engineering department of a 35 plus story building Will and his team have easily surpassed our expectations! Meeting dead lines while delivering unforgettable customer service has been proven by Etech time and time again. I have no problem recommending this company to any commercial high rise or residential property. An amazing company with great knowledge who is very dependable!

Etech has been the most responsive vendor we have worked with. And when they changed our phone system to VoIP it was virtually seamless. Pricing is very good and support is even better! Options are endless it seems. Go with these guys and you wont be sorry.

Absolutely Wonderful! Chris was so patient and stayed in our office for two days to be sure all the programming was as we wanted and working!!He was so willing (and patient) to train with us and test every phone instrument to be sure they were working and that we were up and running as soon as possible!
