Community Options is a great place to work for. The pay is good plenty of hours . The Staff here are friendly and a true definition of TEAMWORK. The Clients are so sweet and loveable . And team leads are great leaders when it comes to showing you the ropes of how things are done throughout your shift.

Under staffed and unprofessional. Its sad they expect staff to work day and night due to call in or people not showing up to work. Its not fair at all people do like to go home to their families sometimes. The managers dont know how to talk to people with respect or treat people with respect.
Horrible place to work. The residential coordinator is a horrible lady and doesnt get along with her employee.
