Well, the fourth point, which should be rated precisely, is a good Real Estate Agent! It’s not just the competence, it is also having patience to walk us through the process and be a mentor, friend and client’s well wisher. (I know well wisher is a bit more to mention, but you wouldn’t say no if an agent has to offer that to you). I found all those qualities in Jeremy.
