Mark is extremely professional. He messaged me quickly and also with a reminder a few days before the tuning. At the day of tuning, he showed up exactly on time.Mark tuned my Yamaha C3, and it sounds fantastic afterwards. Reading various reviews of piano tuners on the web, and Im glad I found Mark. He also took the pandemic seriously, wearing a mask the entire time. At the end of the session, Mark wiped off the keys and various pieces he touched, which is extra nice. Recommended.

Recently acquired a piano and could tell it was out of tune, but that was the extent of what I knew. I looked around for a piano tuner and from looking at Mark’s website, I could tell I found the right person. He worked with me to schedule an appointment and showed up right on time! He arrived and took great care of our new piano. Cleaned the piano thoroughly and gave it a once over to make sure it was mechanically sound. He found two broken keys and was able to repair them while he also tuned the piano. It now sounds incredible! We had no idea how great this pink could really sound, all thanks to Mark and his ability to bring out the best in it! We will definitely use him in the future for follow up tunings!
