Ive always purchased my piñatas at this location. Good price and good size piñatas. But today I decided to call instead to inquire about a certain style Im looking for. The woman I spoke to was very unprofessional. She kept yelling at someone in the background while Im trying to ask her questions. She told me that they did have the item I needed and the price. I tried to ask more questions about the piñata such as size and color. But she very rudely told me their closing time and for me to come on over and hung up on me.1st of all, I dont live in Austin. And I work. Im trying to manage my time by calling them to see if its worth the trip. Now Im having second thoughts about giving them my business.

I went to rent a jumper and grab the package that comes with the piñata. After renting Aver, the girl called me that she had given me the wrong price and it was more than what she told me. As I got a higher price from other places I canceled the order as I still keep error of them. Today I was busy getting the house ready for the party. When I checked my phone I had 6 missed calls in an average of 10 minutes. Then a very long message from the lady who gave me the wrong price. The message said that I had not paid for the piñata and that I was dishonest for not wanting to pay for it. Honestly how I canceled the order I forgot that I had already brought the piñata. For me there is no problem I am going to pay it. But the truth is that they are not very professional. They could explain to me that I didnt pay for it, it wasnt so that they could send me a message and accuse me of things. First they give me the wrong price. Then they say they are going to see what they can do and call me in an hour. A day passed and I had nothing to go to the premises. And third, they send me a message saying these things. I do not recommend this place at all.
