I highly recommend this place for shoe orthotics! Just ask your podiatrist or another kind of doctor to write a prescription for orthotics and bring it to New Life Prosthetics & Orthotics. Scott is really patient and will work with you until the orthotic is just right. I was skeptical at first of the rigid foam type of orthotics that he makes, but they were definitely better than any orthotics Ive had before. Because its made of foam, Scott can adjust it until it fits the shoes and your feet just right. I used to get shoe orthotics from podiatrists, the type thats made of rigid plastic, but the problem is any adjustment to the orthotics would take weeks to complete (they mail it back to the maker, they work on it, and then mail it back) then its another trip back to the office to try it on; repeat the whole process again if something isnt right. I went through that frustrating process with a podiatrists office and finally just gave up on the orthotics. If you need shoe orthotics, give this place a try!

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Scott Atha. I have huge bunions, a tendency to get plantar fasciitis and very sensitive soles. I came to him to get arch support added my custom-made tap shoes. He made me orthotics.They had to fill the toes of the shoes without gaps and stop short of the heel of the shoe without adding anything I could feel where the orthotic stopped. Not only did he do it, but was kind and patient, even when I brought them back more than once for adjustments. I can dance in my tap shoes for hours without pain. Thank you, Scott Atha!
