Reached out today and was told I could only consult with counselor couldnt see Dr or prescriber. Hearing voices, seeing things huge mood swings and panic attacks not sleeping even with current meds. Talk with a nurse on the phone nothing happened not even a return call. This is supposed to be emergency services this is absolute worst Ive been served by these folks but its common practice with them now. I have been a client for over two years and have only seen a real Dr. Of Psychiatry 3 times and last time was 15 months or more ago. Shame on Integral Care dont bother as they wont treat you promise service ces and deny services only.

I just need to refill my meds and made an appointment for 8am I called the day before to confirm the appointment. I arrive to be told that they could not get a hold of me to confirm my appointment. I was then told my appointment would be at 9:30 due to the doctor having car trouble. I was under the impression that this facility has multiple physicians on call for walk ins. Now at 10:30 They ask me to come back at 2:30 and it will only be a consultation not an actual appointment to see a psychiatrist. This place is total garbage dont waste your time

I called and was told this was a sliding scale clinic where I could see a psychiatrist. I told them I had private insurance but that it didnt cover psychiatric care. I got there, filled out their single intake paper, and waited 20 minutes to be told that it would cost me too much to be seen here. This woman told me they didnt take private insurance. I asked if she could refer me to someone who worked on a sliding scale in the area. I was told no. I asked if she could refer me to literally anyone and was told no. Despite their intake packet stating that they could refer me out to someone. She told me to call my insurance company. I reiterated that my plan doesnt cover psychiatric care, and she just shrugged. This woman was so callous. I just walked out.
