I wouldn’t even rate her a one. She over charges and she’s an awful family attorney, I would not recommend her if you’re trying to fight for you child because you will get screwed over with custody and end up losing your kid if she represents you! She does not care about you, she does not care about your case. Im warning you she’s only out to get money from you. She charged me 10,000 when a 2,000 could’ve won me my child and instead I went with Christian and lost custody of my kid. We were in mediation at one point and she just settled for anything at the end because she didn’t want to miss dinner with her wife! Do not hire her, I’m telling you! You will waste your money, time and lose everything you have and she bribes you to make good reviews for her!!

Brandon went above and beyond all our needs we began James divorce on our own and it was harder that we could handle because the judge didnt want to hear our side of all the parental alienation the respondent was doing even tho we had a binder full of evidence. We had low income and worked really hard to come up with a retainer to hire a lawyer. We called around and Brandon said come in show me what you have! When other lawyers told us you can do a free consultation over the phone or you can come in and pay 200. When Brandon saw our organized file and heard our story he had no doubt in his mind we were struggling with getting the evidence in to the court but that we had done our legwork to the best of our abilities and the hard effort we had put into it. Brandon was kind enough to accept what we had saved up for the retainer and work with us financially throughout the divorce.What other lawyers told us would be almost impossible to do, Brandon accomplished. He was able to get James primary custody of the children and move them from California back to Texas! Most judges wont move children from one school to another in the middle of a school year but thanks to Brandon and our evidence we were able to prove that moving the children would be in the childrens best interest. The respondent party kept throwing wrenches into the divorce making it an extremely stressful and difficult divorce straining our patience and our wallet. Brandon and Christian his assistant kept us focused on the end goal. Which was keeping primary custody of the children and getting divorced. The respondent put up a good fight with lies and accusations that can really affect a person and Brandon knew how to discredit her. Brandon is an amazing attorney! As soon as I retained Brandon he jumped into my case full throttle since he knew he was getting into a high conflict case in which my little ones father loved fighting. I approached The Bledsoe Firm in late May of 2017 with a particularly complicated case involving CPS with the goal of being awarded custody of all five of my children. I was living out of state in New Mexico and needed a team in Austin that I could count on to tackle and achieve this enormous task.From the onset, this proccess seemed daunting and at times, not likely achievable being that the traditional thinking is that the mother holds much greater probability of success as far as custody is concerned. It didnt help matters that the mother held custody at the time and had for five years preceeding this case being opened. One of the children had never been legally adopted but lived with us from infancy and was raised as a sibling. this resulted in fighting to have her added to this case.To make matters more complicated, we experienced several obstacles with CPS including but not limited to false reports of final findings of investigations to all attorneys involved including the attorney Ad litem, blatant inadequacies, and dereliction of certain investigators duties. The result was that several glaring and harmful conditions and occurences were never presented to the presiding judge with substantiating evidence to support them.Through all this, this team stood by me, never relented and achieved something that I, nor anyone I know has ever heard of.I was just recently awarded sole custody and primary managing conservitorship of all five children.
