This company preys on college kids for a reason. Young, impressionable, hungry all spells a perfect recipe for duping on a grand scale. They have the process honed to a knife edge.Pun intended as the Cutco knives they foist off on each students family hold their edge just long enough to slice a tomato. Luckily they offer a sharpener with each massively overvalued purchase.Coach your kids as soon as they head to college that this company preys on the incoming freshman like snakes on mice.

Pyramid scheme. Constantly get mailed job offers from them. Called multiple times for them to stop, they still dont, even when I moved. They are a multi-level marketing scheme that prey on young inexperienced workers and treat them like garbage. This is modern day slavery. On their website they even have a dedicated page to explaining that they are not a pyramid scheme.Stay away from this marketing agency and their Cutco knives. Predatory practices and abuse of their workers.

Great experiences with this company. I’ve noticed a lot of misleading reviews from people who either did a google search and assumed things about our company, or came in for half an interview and realized they didn’t have what it takes to put in the effort and didn’t work with our company at all, or if they did, didn’t give any effort/ time to the position in the short amount of tile they stayed with us. First off to answer the question of if we are an MLM or pyramid scheme, the short answer is no. Vector isn’t an MLM. That’s not an opinion, feeling, or PR statement - it’s a fact. We are single level marketing, no different than car sales or real estate. Our reps are not paid percentages of sales from anyone they refer. Our reps only make money two ways: $17 base pay/appt, and the commission from any sales they make. I’ve been with this office for about a year and a half at this point and have been able to make more money for a part tike job than anywhere else I could imagine in this small town. The staff is incredibly helpful, the job is completely tailored for anyone (especially students) to be able to work it around whatever time constraints they have, which has been incredibly beneficial for me, a full time marketing student. Does it take work to gain the skills necessary? Absolutely! And does the earning potential reflect that? Definitely. This job position is absolutely an excellent experience for any highschool or college student.
