Working for the call center was a Nightmare. The manager ( Penny) is a two faced manic bipolar sexist. I was lied to about which company I would work for, how much I would be paid and was told on numerous occasions that I was a butt in the chair. I did not receive orientation, training or access to important documents. The documents I did receive (months later) were unclear and generally not helpful. The supervisors would ignore chats and glare at you if you interupted them making out and hanging all over each other. The supervisors would bring family drama and their sick kids to work and cry and lash out at other workers. The manager of the contact center ( Penny) would even show up to work intoxicated on the weekends or days the office seemed empty. The company would even bring food for everyone in the office and the call center would not be allowed to touch in some cases. No holiday pay and very few days off. The day you start is the day you have a target on your back. An observation I have made while working there is that if you are a person of color or a male you are gone in about a month. Not going to lie this place was one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working for I wasted 6 months here and was backdoor fired and not given a reason as to why. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. You deserve better!

Never felt more like a second class employee. Lucky if were allowed to sit-in the break room. YOU GUY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES
