Worst customer service ever! The limos are old and overcharged. I called to cancel my reservation and was told I would lose the deposit which was fine. The day of the event came around and the limo showed up even though it was canceled. I told the driver their service was no longer needed and I received a very disturbing call from Mike, the owner. He was super unprofessional and disrespectful. He was yelling at me and saying he never receive my call to cancel but i have evidence to prove otherwise. I will not be requesting their service ever again. Save yourself the trouble and look for better option.

Took out the infiniti for a Brewery Hopping 40th birthday, and we had a blast. Corey was very nice and accommodating and managed to get us to 6 different stops. Everyone was impressed with our ride as we traveled in style. I will definitely use this service again the next time we need a limo.

AAA Limo did a fantastic job last night. They provided and did everything they promised they could do. I went to their office and contacted Mike the owner and he treated me professionally and gave me options. Their driver was top notch and very professional. Their limousine was clean, nice, and well maintained. The driver was early at pick up, touched base with me, very nice. We had dinner, the driver parked and waited for our 2 hour dinner, pulled up when I called and took us back-complete classy gentlemen and gave us all 5 star treatment.I 100% would recommend them and I 100% will be using them again, no question.

A great experience in all aspects! My company provides special events for schools and tried AAA Limo last year- after several fiascos with other local limo companies. When I called this year, Mike remembered all the details from the event a year ago! He promised the same beautiful Escalade and the same exact schedule- and he delivered 100%! School staff gave me glowing feedback on how smoothly it went, how polite the driver was to the adults and how kind he was to all the elementary students. I put my company out on the line when I book such an event for schools, but I have all the confidence Mike and AAA Limo will not let me down!

This place is a gas. I was treated disrespectfully by one of the attendants and refuse to venture inside for fear I will be handled again by such a person as he. The games seem to always eat all the cash on hand without reward in addition.

AAA Limousine Service was INCREDIBLE. We used them to get to the UFC event and had a blast. Our limo held 20 people and was extremely comfortable. We had music, lights, alcohol, and a lot of happy people. No one wanted to get out at the end of the night! I would highly recommend using this company. The service and quality was just impeccable. It made our evening really special and we are so grateful to AAA Limousine for that.

Dont bother looking up other driver services, as it does not get better than Excelsior! Recently, my wife, mom, and two sisters were going to a concert in Downtown AUSTIN. As part of the gift to my mom, I wanted to get them a driver to make sure they could have as much fun as they wanted and not have to worry about driving. Everything was taken care of perfectly, and when I needed to change timing for the pick up, it was no problem.. even though it was the day-of. Needless to say, my family was very impressed by the INFINITI LIMOUSINE which was spotless and the driver was professional as it gets. With easy contact info, driver able to text, etc, everything was wonderful!! I will DEFINITELY be using AAA LIMO and his team again, especially during the holidays with all the parties going on. Much cheaper than risking a DUI!!!!

He was the driver for our daughters Prom group and he was awesome. 14 sets of parents breathed a collective sigh of relief when he arrived and introduced himself as our driver. Kids loved him. Parents trusted him. All around great guy. Most important, he kept our kids safe and helped them have a great night.

Unfortuantely the Chrysler 300 limo that picked up my sister and her husband on their wedding day was dirty with red solo cups. They said it looked like there was a party the night before and was not cleaned out.This was very unfortuante.

Our late to organize Prom group got lucky with a last minute limo rental from AAA Limousine. It was a stretch white infiniti limo that could accommodate up to 20 (so fun for the kids!). Mike always answered the phone and was quick to help me get things booked. He showed up on time, exactly where we needed him to be, and took good care of our prom group.

Service is always great. Ive had many events like quinceañeras and weddings and the place to go is AAA limo. If you want a clean and good timing limousine this is the place.

I wasnt the customer, but I was an attendee to go out. Limo was changed due to mechanical errors. Then we get to destination and go to our next place and we run out of gas. For over 3 hours we wait for help. It was hot. Then we had to come home. We had to help with gas and help start the limo. And when we called office or owner we were ignored. Would never recommend or use. Horrible night.

Wine tasting was a success since we didnt have to worry about us driving back from Fredericksburg. Driver was very professional and was on time for our event. Ill recommend this company 100%!

Last weekend I hired a car for one of my closest friends wedding, I was hesitant at first because of all the bad reviews, but AAA Limo was EXCEPTIONAL!!!They were on time, the driver was very attentive with us. Best limo service in Austin tx

Mike the owner was very rude. After asking him to make sure is driver be there to pickup the Bridesmaids by 12:30 due to ride closures on IH 35, he was late and the Limo was very very HOT and uncomfortable. Mike as others reviews stated, was rude and hung up the phone on me without giving empathy. Driver himself was very aggressive and spicy to the Bridesmaids. Very very Poor and unprofessional service.

Every Anniversary I hire a limo, for the past 6 years I have used the same guy, this time my guy was not available. AAA had comparable prices, their old reviews were sketchy but recent were good.So....the guy showed up on time. He had a credit card thing to do before he let us in the Limo, they already had my CC so this was confusing. He did not have a pen and it was the old way of using a carbon paper to get the cc numbers. Just would have been nice to get in and not have to wait in the drive way messing with cc. He was dressed nice and seemed nice. He told me it was his first day.Limo was a little less than what I was used to: music barely turned loud enough. Intercom did not work, and the partition button only worked if the driver did it (and it took a while for him to figure it out). Seats were real nice, floor was a bit worn and kind of dirty looking. Plastic cups in the cup holders, not glass. lights worked. First two destination went great.I then needed to get back to my home and the quickest way was the toll. He was going side roads. Time was in a crunch now so I asked why not take toll? He said ok and I told him directions.So there you go, about 2 1/2 stars. If my normal guy is not available next year I will try someone else before making this my normal guy.

This will be the fifth time Ive rented from AAA limousine. And they are always on time and the drivers are fun and friendly. I definitely recommend them.

Very very poor service mike the owner was so rude that when driver called he hung up various times on driver tj. The limo arrived 45 mins late to our event and then said wouldnt leave till we paid everything. Horrible very horrible. And to top it off limo smelled all like smoke. No stars deserve i only put 1 star because they needed to post my review. Shame on you owner mike.

They sent me a conformation saying I purchased the white limo and then once my card went through they changed it to the black one and never told me and caused people to squish in a smaller limo!Called to talk about it and the owner was rude, and disrespectful.Do not go here!!!!

One word to describe my experience AWEFUL!!!! Limo was late pickeing us up from the wedding so we were the only people left outside in the HEAT. The inside was trashed out from the previous party that was in it before us then the limop driver(a lady) asked my kids to pick up the trash and couldnt even give us fresh ice, she expected us to use the ice that everybodies dirty hands had been in. I made her take me to my house to get my own ice. AC barely cooled and aux cord didnt work, kept going high to low, so we couldnt even get pumped up for our reception. So tacky and ghetto then they had the nerve to tell me they would work with me on pricing on my next rental....are they crazy as if I would ever go back to a place like this. Dont waist your money on this company! This all want down 9/20/14 so its very recent.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 700.I made a reservation of a hummer limo for my prom day for 7 pm. Not only did they come almost 2 hours late, they never called to say they would be late and never mentioned they had to give me a different limo too. When I called after they were 20 minutes late they said that they would arrive with in 15 minutes. So then 20 minutes passes and still no sign so we call back and not only are they rude and hang up the phone but they said the same thing that was said the first and the limo still didnt come for another hour. They made us miss our dinner reservation also. They are so unprofessional. Do not get this limo service unless you want a terrible night.
