I always dread having to go to the laundromat to wash all of our king comforters and mattress pads because of the cleanliness and random weirdos. This was not any if that! I was immediately greeted by several women asking what was I washing and gave me washer recommendations. She gave me coins for my cash in a small plastic bowl and helped me load all my things into 3 separate LARGE front loader washing machines. She showed me what compartments to put my soap and laundry sanitizer and made sure the machine was working as it should before walking away. The facility is spotless! Floors are clean! I even noticed no grime or lint on ceiling lights or air vents like most mats can have. They also have a drop off service for a reasonable fee. Im surely impressed and will come back.

Laundry in itself is a miserable chore. The staff here were amazing. Super warm and friendly. Lots of machines in different sizes to meet your needs. Everythings kept super clean so dont worry if you drop your freshly washed whites (speaking from experience). Oh and bonus, the restroom was spotless. Thank you to the staff for making this chore easier on this tired mom.

Amazing service! I walked in to wash my dogs bed and right away Gloria, the attendant, greeted me, suggested a designated machine to wash the bed, offered me soap, and even put it in the dryer for me when I stepped out. All of this was so unexpected. Love this place. Definitely will be coming back and telling my friends about it!

This is the only place I will go to! They are awesome and have great customer service. My dryer is broken so I only really come here to dry but I have never had a bad experience. They dont have a coin machine but if you go to the desk you can swap bills for quarters which is just as good as a machine. So grateful for this place!

I drive from oltorf and pleasant valley just to use this specific laundry mat. Extremely well taken care of facility, machines always clean my work clothes perfectly, the lady who runs it is polite as can be. Just an overall top notch experience. Like i said, i drive a good 15mins just to use these machines. Well worth my trip.

Nice and quiet, but the washing machines dont get clothes clean. Work clothes looked like they had barely been washed. How can it only take 22 mins to complete a full wash cycle? For $3 a load we deserve better.

Great place. I came early and it was quiet, clean and Gloria (staff) was very helpful. Everything worked great, cold sodas and snacks. And even a vintage Galaga video game - his place is awesome!

Always clean & the staff seems really friendly. I reallly dont interact with them seeing that Im a grown man that knows how to do my own laundry & dont ask any questions. What is helpful is that if you dont have any quarters they will start a tab for you & just charge it to your card. Very convenient.

The nicest washateria I have been to. Gloria is soooo helpful. It’s easy to get to and get out of the parking lot cause there is a light there at Brodie and Alexandria. The machines were clean and in working order. You can pay with coin, debit, or credit card. It is also full service if that’s what you want. Would recommend this laundry!!

I have been going to this laundromat service for almost a year now since it is the closest to my place. I never liked coming here from the beginning as the attendants were always rude. But I didnt care as I didnt have to do much with them. They slowly sneaked in extra 25c for washing recently (Its $3.75 for just washing now). I found that a bit much but still I didnt mind as I was doing my laundry only once a month.But it was too much too take when they called me a LIAR.I went today to do my laundry. I set the dryer for 42minutes and left just to come back once it was done. When I was back, there was 1 minute left and the dryer wasnt rotating. I thought maybe the last minute is just to let the clothes sit idle.I started pulling out the laundry back in my basket. I found my jeans was still wet, but since jeans take more time to dry, I thought its just that thing. I didnt realize that their dryer didnt even work as I was in a hurry and put all my stuff in the basket and left only to find this after I got back home.When I went back, the old lady said I shouldve told her this before I left and there is nothing she can do about it and asked me what I expect her to do since I already left.She talked to her Manager and then reiterated.I didnt come with any expectation as I knew whats gonna happen, but I had to try. All I wanted from them is an apology and I wouldve been fine.But the thing became too much for me to take when I ask her 3 times that does she think I am lying and she plainly responded with a YES. I couldnt believe my ears and I still kept my calm and asked her to check her security camera if she thinks I am lying to which she again said I should have told her this before.I am not going to this place anymore. I feel so much insulted of being called a liar when other people were watching this and I feel so helpless that there is nothing I can do about it except just giving this place this review.

This was my first visit to a laundromat since college. This place was a wonderful find. My washer broke, and Im new to the South Austin area. I wasnt sure how sketchy the place would be. To my surprise, it was wonderfully clean with a staff member on site in the evening. The place was well lit with several people tending to their laundry. Washers and baskets are new with plenty of chairs and folding tables. The place has a couple of vending machines and a tv on the wall. The attendant will make change for you and sells you supplies. I even forgot my detergent, and the attendant had some for me to use.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had!!It is clean, there are other services provided, and there is an attendant on duty. The hours are from 7am to 9pm as posted online.My visit began okay but soon turn bad. I arrived before 8pm with 4 loans to was and dry and 1 small item to dry separately (a very important item). The attendant helped me because I needed to pay with my debit card. I noticed that she was rushing me but It was not that big a deal.When it came time to dry, the attendant was even more pushy and rude. She said, You have to hurry because I have to leave at 9. I dont get paid after 9. I understood but it put me on edge.Well 15 minutes later, the attendant was telling me that one of my loans was dry before the time was up. I paid for that time. So, I started taking my things out and they were very damp. I was very upset and gave her a bad look. Wet socks and underwear is not okay! She did allow the other items to dry but she stood behind me rushing me.While this was going on, I had that one very important item in a dryer on the end and it had more time than the other dryers. It had to be completely dry.All my other things were dry enough to pull out and I quickly folded them and put them in the car. However, the time was still running on my one important item at the end. The attendant tried to stop the machine early and I stopped her. I put those quarters in the machine myself and I was not about to allow her to touch it!I left the building at 9:05 according to my cell phone which I thought was reasonable. The clock on the was said it was 9:11.I had to hang all my clothes up around the house so they could dry. What a waste of money. I will never do that again!!!!Thank the heaven that I can purchase a washer and dryer in the morning.

I really like this laundromat. Its clean, rarely crowded and the attendants here are much nicer than some of the other landromats Ive been to in the area. Last time I went, I got in just before 8 and felt TERRIBLE when my clothes werent totally dry by 9pm. Even so, the attendant was nice about it and offered to help me carry the loads to my car. So as with anything, plan your wash-time well so youll be done by the time they close.Overall the best laundromat Ive found so far.

Wash Day is a really great place for laundry, the staff is welcoming and happy to help if you need it, and everything is clean and organized.

Self-serve or full-serve, up to you. They sell detergent and will load your laundry into the washer/dryer for a small price. Conveniently located and very friendly. First time using a laundromat.

Great place to take your big items

Only good if the attendant isnt the old Hispanic lady with glasses. Shes the one from the reviews that will be rude and rush you unnecessarily. If you tell her youre complaining, she calls her supervisor then and there in order not to get in trouble.Hopefully people put enough negative reviews so that they do something about it.

Very clean store, friendly staff. I usually pay the a little extra and the attendant moves my clothes from the washer to the dryer, and I just pay everything when I get back.Its not the closed laundromat to my house but I go anyway because its better.
