Yodles a fantastic place to work. Free lunches served daily, a snack bar located in the cafeteria with fully stocked goodies, ping pong tables for breaking up the work, a pool table for chatting over Friday happy hour beers, and a video game room that Ive yet to use but still shocked they have it. Been working here for almost 2 years and enjoying it thoroughly.

Do not be mislead most of this companies reviews are from employees not customers! I tried them but they were unable to bring any leads in for 500 dollars. The bigger issue is they took another 149 then tried for 349 months after the original amount. I understand their inability to get leads but stealing months later. Do not give out your bank information to this company or waist your time.

Yodle is a great place to work. They really care about creating an enjoyable work environment by providing free lunches, allowing casual dress, and encouraging fun at work. They also nurture career growth within the company!

CAUTION - RIP-OFF: I can’t even express into words how upset we are with Yodle and their lack of customer service and their dispute resolution process. We are primarily a heavy-duty towing service, the Yodle rep, Timothy Shaw solicited us promising to significantly improve our online presence only to follow back up with our office a few days later, informing us Yodle did not have the particular “keywords” for our business services to market us online. Upon asking for a refund Yodle refused citing the six-month service agreement we entered into. I expressed to Yodle that I wasn’t breaching my end of the agreement Yodle was by not being able to fulfill their service promise. This is unheard of… a company can’t provide the services they promised and then refuse to give back the customer’s money. It’s like we were tricked into purchasing a service that didn’t exist. After a week or so of back-and-forth we finally got a supervisor to agree to refund our money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..

Ive blocked them many of times, but they still seem to just find other phone numbers, that looks a lot like my area so I pick them up thinking its a customer, nope, its them again, with a new number. Dont spoof call people, bad practice.

Yodle provides a great service to small and medium sized businesses that can really help boost their exposure and leads at a great cost. The customer service is great and they have brought a lot of jobs to the Austin area as well. Yodle is good for our city.

IF THERE WAS NO STARS THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. Very unorganized company. You have to call to get stuff done multiple time. I am reporting to the BBB. They took my money without my approval many times. How many managers do they have honestly theres a new manager every time you call in. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. No real leads no good customer services the reviews are fake if they are positive. One has a yodel icon for a review that says great group of People. Really?? I worked with them for 3 years and nothing came out of it but throwing money into a trash can. AWFUL dont use them they will steal and lie. Not worth your time or effort. I was rated best massage in OKC! That I know is real!!

Free lunch, free beer on Fridays, great people to work with, a job that is a daily reward and a nice view of the greenbelt.Cant ask for too much more.

Yodle as an employer: there is one culture, and if you dont fit in, you dont last. Everyone is basically spongebob, and I love it. For some, thats not great, and separation is inevitable.

Yodle is THE BEST online advertising companies. Not only do I enjoy working for them, i also recommend them to all my friends / family who own business. We have been able to get lots of people front page exposure and generate more business that they could even handle; at a small price if I must add. Yodle cares about their customers success, opinions and also wants to make sure we represent their business online accurately. Yodle is always working to improve to satisfied all if their clients needs. I wouldnt recommend any other business. GO YODLE!

Fired 400 employees with no warning for corporate greed. Disgusting.

They let me go during training after I passed evuation first try. It was my fault obviously, but darn I moved 2100 miles to work there so starting over again

I just received a phone call from Yodle...or should I was just harassed by them. A gentlemen named Andrew called and asked if my doctor was available to talk. I told him no, and that he was with patients. He then asked if he could leave his number. I told him we were not interested in his type of service and we are a referral only/word of mouth practice. He then laughed at me and said well, obviously you arent doing too well you are on the 3rd page of google. This insulted me and he didnt stop there. He kept prying to talk to the doctor, and I kept refusing. I was in awe with the way he treated me. Terrible customer service. He has called our office numerous times, and we arent sure why. Who is he to tell me and my employer how are practice is running anyway?? We have more patients in a week than he has clients in a year! LEAVE US ALONE YODLE!!!
