This company has been great to work with. They promote our Vision clinic in Cheyenne, WY and they do an amazing job. They really took the time to get to know our business to be able to promote it properly. They sent us a professional photographer that took amazing photos and they create great posts for us on all our social media platforms.

During that time they spend considerable time and resources in gathering your information, sending a photo team to your business and getting you set up on all the social media platforms. Main Street Hub (aka GoDaddy Social) makes posting on social media hassel-free. They provide great content and post regularly for my business so my social media accounts stay active. I get to approve all content before it posts which I like. Not having to think about social media posting leaves me more time to focus on other aspects of my business.

I am surprised with any negative reviews. I have need a Realtor for 13 years and am always bombarded with sales calls and scams on marketing. I am not easy to please as I am a sales person. So far the experience I have had with main street hub (go daddy) has been fantastic! My rep sets up scheduled check in calls and updates and great advice on how to make my marketing better. They respond to my emails and calls and are very helpful. I am also getting a ton of positive reviews from friends and clients at how much they are enjoying my new updated marketing. I highly recommend them.

Good luck ever getting in touch with them. No body ever answers the phone and emailing seems like they are ignored unless you want to spend more money. Still waiting on access to social media accounts.

I cant say a bad word about Main Street Hub. During this very scary time, the customer realations and consistancy is really helping me to put my marketing fears to rest. After a lengthy Sales pitch with this company as a business owner I decided to sign on with this company originally trusting the GoDaddy name. After a set part 2 conversation with a representative on my business which was pivotal in the creation of what this company calls a brand kit, we received a 4 picture 3 paragraph portfolio that a 6 th grader would have done a better job at creating. After reevaluating the cost which was much more expensive originally, but to cost my company $500.00 a month to post this on social media Web sites. I called to cancel concerned this was not what is was sold to be and the Representative refused it consider refund. I spoke with GoDaddy corporate and was told there are certain policies in place for this situation. Unfortunately over an account that was only 15 day old the sub company will not consider the Consumer. We will need to take this to the next level.

Just completed our first 90 day review. Im sold! Jon, my account rep, was excellent in setting expectations. No hype or over promises. We were active on Facebook and Yelp only. Now on six social sites. Getting great interactions from our customers on all the sites. Great postings.All of our social sites have the same consistent branding. Great professional pictures that they arranged. They respond back to every posting (including the occasional bad review). Their fee, in my opinion, is very reasonable.And yes, our business is way up due to a lot of things we have implemented since January. Although it would be almost impossible to put a dollar amount on their activity alone, I do believe its an important piece of our marketing.My final observation: if your business has lousy reviews Im not sure MSH can help much.
