I worked with Josiesque to get my website up to PCI Compliance. With my previous host, it was a back and forth email battle to have no form of solution after a month. Josiesque was helpful enough while I was still with my previous host to explain what was happening even before I switched to them being my new host. After the seemless switch to their servers, I was PCI compliant and we didnt even have to change anything on the site.
