Rand Electrical crew helped us out in our time of need. With no power late on a Saturday we were so worried that we would spend the weekend with no electricity. We had an ancient electric panel and all of the parts are not available anymore, but he called around and found a replacement and even went and picked up for us. Great value, very good advice for work requested. I wanted to see about a sub panel because the breakers had no more room. They fixed issues with the best direction of work, by combining slots with a compact breaker and meeting the needs without a sub panel. All in all, they showed professional work and were very informative about any questions that I had. great work and looks very clean.

We used Rand Electrical for our kitchen remodel some months ago. They completed the wiring for all our appliances, added canned led lighting, moved switches and outlets, and added pendant lighting. Very good service! These guys will show up, do a great job and are very respectful and trustworthy. They have helped us do several electrical upgrades recently, when I asked them if they knew a carpenter to do a small privacy screen they said they could do that as well. Tom was on time, same day appointment! Very professional and you can tell he really knows the trade! He was quick and extremely knowledgeable on everything we asked. He place our gfci outlet for our tub in a more accessible place and upgraded our wiring from 15amp to 20amp as well as installing a new receptacle. I am very impressed with him as a worker and they have secured a permanent client in me! Chose this company you will not be disappointed!

Rand Electrical repair men showed up quickly, they had a hard time finding out the problem. After 2 hours they found an outside reset button, and that fixed the problem. Hopefully, we remember where this is located the next time we have this problem. The repairmen were very nice and worked hard to find the problem. Tom and Davis were awesome; I cant say enough about how happy I am with the job they did. I called yesterday to see if I could get an estimate for replacing some lights and switches. Personally I feel my experience with this company was bad all the way around. When I had concerns, they were not addressed except to say it takes time, it takes time. Its true they can get you placed on some lesser used sites but that was not so important to me. I was most disappointed in the overall poor customer service skills that seem to be on display whenever I emailed them.At this point like I said this is just my opinion, but it they charged me a $1 per month for their service, I would go somewhere else and spend 100 times more.In response to their response:As far as their statement that says the majority of their customers are happy and satisfied, I believe that you can look at the reviews and see that nearly 50% are rated at 1 star.

We used Custom Company Ads for our remodeling company, NorEaster Development. They were a terrible disappointment. No communication from our account manager throughout our time with them. We tried to cancel multiple times via voicemails with no returned phone calls and emails to the company. They continued to charge our account. We cancelled the service through our bank then finally heard from Custom Company Ads, asking us to not involve our bank. The whole company seems sketchy and I would NOT recommend them to anyone, EVER. No results and no communication.

Promised a service that they cant keep their end on. Cancelled service 3 months ago. still til this day Im still being charged. Ive sent several emails (2) and several phone calls with messages (5)..... and still no call back to explain charges.
