I can not recommend the services offered by Bound By any more to anyone owning their own website who are looking to either build or improve what they currently have. Jason and his team provide a 5 star level of IT and website services that I have not come across prior to now. Less than a month ago I took them on to assist me in the maintenance of my WP website and to help me improve it in terms of functionality, safety and aesthetics. I can honestly say that I completely trust my online business in the hands of Bound By. They take the time, listen to what you want and need and value their clients in the most professional way. In the first 2 weeks of taking them on, I faced an unprecedented hurdle and Jason and his team worked quickly and effectively to help me (they even put in the time on weekends, which I did not expect, but was greatly appreciated) I live in Australia, they are based in TX, but they never miss a beat even with the 13 hr. time difference, their communication with clients is incredibly clear and efficient. The success of my online business is everything to me, I could not recommend Bound By more! Thank you Jason + team! I highly value your efforts.

I started working with Jason at Bound By, and later Luke, when in late 2018, I began to consider how to increase my business income streams in a new website. To say the least, this was not an easy birth, many revisions, retractions, and redesigns followed shifts in my emphasis, practicality, and goals. We just got the final website up in February 2021. Throughout that long process, Jason and Luke were unfailinglypersonable, informative and ready with peripheral information when this was needed. Based on my experience with these folks and with the final website, I have no reservation recommending them to anyone needing website design and support. Jason Bowen, Mychal Keeney, and James Bowen are AMAZING. I’ve been a small business owner of various entities over the past 20+ years and the technology side has always been a giant challenge. Jason and his team have come in and cleaned up my digital marketing in a massive way very quickly.
