Edit: I want to clarify-THEY made these stains; these were not in the carpet before they came. The owner emailed me saying they could come back and re-clean, but what they dont understand is that I ordered their services trusting they would clean what was agreed on the *first* time as I had to turn in my keys to the apartment soon after. The owner offered 10% of what I paid- I am not accepting because that is not enough for my disappointment in their services. I am keeping this review instead.Had an apartment make ready done before moving out, and was pretty disappointed. I scheduled a one-time deep clean to help me reset. I have been struggling with my depression and time management and a clean home always helps me feel like I have at least something under control, but I let it fall behind and could not for the life of me catch up. Let me tell you, Im so glad I reached out to Maids and Moore. Scheduling was easy and straightforward. The ladies that showed up didnt need any direction at all and just got started as soon as they got there. I work from home, so it felt so great to know someone else was taking care of the cleaning while I was focusing on work. They were thorough and friendly, and I would definitely do this again. Had a deep cleaning today, May 11, 2021. House was impeccably cleaned. I tried to find something they forgot and did not find anything that had not been done. I have birds that made a nest above my front door and they even clean the threshold where the birds used the bathroom. I call that above and beyond. There biweekly cleanings are awesome as well.

On the expensive side, but they really do a thorough job and make sure the job gets done. I used Maids and Moore to get my place move-in ready and couldnt be happier with the amount of detail they put into the cleaning service. As an example, they even moved my oven unit from the wall and made sure to clean out every nook and cranny behind there.

We used their services to clean our apartment after we moved out. I booked the service with less than a week’s notice which was great. Their office person was very helpful with the scheduling. They did an awesome job! They made the apartment look just as good as the day we moved in...or better! The price was extremely reasonable considering the great job they did. Definitely would use this service again and recommend it to others!

Maids and Moore recently cleaned and made ready a rent house I moved out of, and they did a fantastic job! Great, friendly customer service -- they were able to come the NEXT day after I called. It is now sparkling clean, with obvious attention to every nook and cranny. This service is very professional. They communicate several times before the appointment to confirm, and they always follow-up to see how they did. The team that cleaned my house today worked together in sync and did a great job cleaning down to the core of the concrete floors in an even tempo approach and spending just the right amount of time to get all the nooks and crannies covered. I feel that the cleaning is very fresh and like my home has been reset to new every time they clean.

Tl:dr If you arent there to explain in details what needs to be done and inspect for any extras to be completed, the team cleaning will have no idea and it will not get it done. No refunds even if job wasnt done.The teams are very professional and Im sure if they actually knew the scope of the job ahead of time, it would have gone very differently.I have used Maids and Moore a number of times since 2013 and will no longer will. I paid an additional $50 to have them clean out my fridge, even though their website and offer email started it was $25. My fridge needed help so I figured it was worth it.The first cleaning crew did not do it. I reached out to Roxy who sent another team out a few days later (the timing was a request by me, they were willing to come out the next day). When the second team arrived, they had no idea what needed to be done.I explained we were one of the homes who lost power for a week and our fridge has suffered. I asked for them to wipe down the fridge on the inside and throw out everything in the door and in the vegetable drawer. They instead threw out $250 in meat and dairy, left the draw of spoiled vegetables and left the trash in my dining room which I did not discover right away until my cat tore it open.Before I could let the office know, or they even bothered to follow up, I was charged. Maids and Moore refuses to do refunds so lesson learned. Money wasted.Its a disappointment because the teams that were sent were professional and did a good job. Its the lack of communication from the office to them. It puts them in a bad place and me as well. TIP: Actually tell your staff whats happening.

This company serviced my two bedroom apartment when I was moved out. I was concerned because the other renter of whom I lived with was extremely messy (lesson learned, do not live with others) and her bathroom was left in such a state it made me cringe. I went on their website over the weekend to get a quote for a move-out clean, and before I was able to call them on Monday morning, they called me! Its so rare for that to happen. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day and used my combo lockbox to get in the vacant home. This homes was dirty! I was stunned when I went in later that day, to see how amazing the kitchen cabinets looked. They not only cleaned the interiors, but the cabinet doors were filthy and came out looking super clean and polished. I am always skeptical when hiring any new service. Despite reviews you just never know what you are going to get. My initial request for quote was done via e-mail and answered the next business day (sent request late Friday). I was given a price and a time for cleaning. The only criticism I have here is that I was given a window of time. Granted it was only an hour, but I was in the process of moving, unpacking, etc. That was a valuable hour for me to just sit and wait. However, the cleaning crew arrived on time and here is where they get the Wow.I admittedly left a mess. We were moving out of our rental and I didnt bother to clean up anything behind me. I only had two days to move and get semi settled in before returning to work. The job they did was phenomenal. I have never seen a house so clean. They got the baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, all of it. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Well worth the money spent. I am considering using them for a monthly deep clean on my new house now and I feel very good about recommending them to others.

I dye my hair pretty regularly at home with some pretty crazy colors, so my bathroom was kind of a mess. Color had stained the tubs, countertops, and grout no matter how hard I tried to get it out myself.I hired Maids and Moore to clean the bathroom before I moved out and you would NEVER know that anyone had ever colored their hair in there. I was expecting some improvement but not for a completely clean slate. Not only that, but my 3-rooms only took about an hour to clean until they were completely spotless.10/10 would absolutely hire again!

Normally I dont do reviews but I absolutely LOVE this cleaning company! Id give them a 10 stars if I could. I dont even need a cleaning service during this pandemic but they do such a freakin amazing job!They always show up on the date and time and never have canceled on me. If you have a question Roxy responds right away or if you have to reschedule they will work with you. The cleaning women are so sweet and friendly when they show up. I have been using them for a while now and make the experience very convenient.I have used another cleaning company (Molly maids) that was very unprofessional such as showing up on wrong days at different times constantly, one woman argued with me at my house and had to have their supervisor come and once they had come through my back door while I was in the shower (bc they showed up 4 hours before they were supposed to).I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you use this company!Even if you dont need cleaning services!!! Dont waste your money! Dont fall for their nice website, their high google rating, their fair prices. They will leave your home only marginally cleaner, and youll be left with cobwebs, dirt, dust, hair to clean up yourself. Youve been warned.Update: after you notify this company of the horrendous mess their team left behind, they will quickly notify you that your money is non-refundable, and that they will not entertain any complaints without seeing the problems themselves. So, they will require you to allow someone back into your home to ensure you are not a liar. And then, the only thing theyll do is clean what they failed to clean the first time. They make no offer to compensate you for your inconvenience. They first assume you are some sort of con-artist, and then they offer to do the absolute bare minimum to fix the issue. If I had time to run some bizarre house cleaning con, Id have time to clean my house myself! This business apparently prides themselves on swindling people out of a one-time, non-refundable job, then on to the next victim. Do not be their next prey!!

Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, I contacted Maids and Moore after a bit of remodeling work done inside my home left a layer of drywall dust over everythin in the house. Scheduling was easy and I was able to review cleaning products prior to the cleaning date. The crew arrived within the arranged window of time, and used the products I provided and those requested at the time of booking. The ladies were hard-working, polite and thorough. Furniture, ceiling fans, counters, floors and carpets were all covered. After almost 5 hours of work, the house was extremely well cleaned. This may have been the best cleaning service we have ever used. I whole-heartedly recommend this company.

They were on time, courteous, and efficient. For the deep cleaning, the charge per hour so I was hesitant at first. The ladies worked hard and steady. Thanks again Maids and Moore!

Maids and Moore came in and cleaned our home after major construction. The ladies did an excellent job and got our home ready for us to move back in. Roxy was the point of contact who helped keep us informed throughout the process. She made sure to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on everything. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

One word. PERFECT! This was our first time using Maids And Moore Cleaning Service and it wont be our last. They cleaned things we didnt even know needed cleaning and reminded us what it was like to step into a new smelling home. Highly recommend.

With busy work schedules, we dont have time to spend our days off cleaning (or maybe we do, but we choose not to). Over time our lovely sanctuary becomes a dusty wreck and one week becomes another and then we end up spending way too much time deep cleaning. Maids and Moore came out and deep cleaned for our initial clean and will continue to clean our home providing deep clean as needed. It was amazing coming home to a CLEAN home after a hard days work. More importantly, our days off opened up! Love Maids and Moore!

First time using a service like this and I was blown away by the service. Not only did they do everything perfect, they went way above and beyond to make sure everything was handled.Secondly, I have two cats and they are normally quite jumping for a day or so after new people are around. However, when I got home they were happy and this makes me feel the maids did everything they could to keep the cats at ease. I would completely recommend them to anyone! :)

Great cleaning service. We used them to deep clean our house before bringing newborns home, and they did a great job ensuring our house was deep cleaned and ready for their arrival. They were very accommodating in scheduling, and very easy to communicate with. Would use again for sure!

..I have been using Maids & Moore Cleaning for 4+ years, and they are great. Same team every two weeks, know the particulars. VERY trustworthy. In fact, I lost a stack $1s (about $75) for about two months and they found it! Put it our for me. Will continue to use them, HIGHLY recommend them!
