I LOVE my Maid Pro experience. Millie coordinates my cleans for me and lets me know the window in which the Pros will be here. They do an amazing job at cleaning the house for our bi-weekly priority clean and then when I want a deep clean I am able to request that and am blown away by how my house sparkles!The Pros also are Covid cautious and were masks, booties and I feel very comfortable and confident having a cleaning crew in my home during this pandemic.

MaidPro did a fantastic job doing a move-in cleaning for our new home. The sellers had left the house mostly clean, but there were some problem areas like the outside refrigerator that were very messy. We had some scheduling constraints and we werent sure what time wed be available to open the property for them to clean, but they were very responsive and highly flexible even when they had to spend time waiting for someone to let them in. Courteous, communicative, and very professional! Thanks again, team!

Millie, the owner is very nice and responsive! I had no issues getting set up with monthly cleans. I needed someone to help with the big scrubbing in the bathrooms and kitchen. I’ve had the same two team members come and they’ve done a great job! They’ve been friendly, professional, thoughtful of our personal items, and careful not to spook the cats.

My first MaidPro’s clean in Travis Heights house was above my expectations. I will def be signing up for their monthly service... affordable and thorough I am beyond satisfied. My cleaner was Bett and he did an incredible job. I will be recommending their service.

I reached out very last minute to see if they were available for a next day move out service and Millie was very helpful and accommodating. We are selling our house in a rush so we had lots of moving pieces in play and they were able to work around all of them (wet paint, photographers, packing/moving). Excellent job with the cleaning! Very professional, excellence cleaning my home got to a place I just couldn’t keep up with all the cleaning that needed to be done. My boyfriend is some what handicap and we try to help his 94 yr old mom three times a week.

I spoke with Millie over the phone to schedule my move-in deep clean of a small home in the woods that was left in pretty icky condition by the previous tenants. I have a ton of repairs to do on my own, so I had to delegate something- which was to give the place a much needed scrub. Millie went above and beyond to coordinate scheduling for me, and was a lifesaver in that. And the girls who came to clean, Anali and Hannah, were miracle workers on top of being really cool and kind. They managed to make my kitchen and bathroom look inviting rather than frightening, haha. They scrubbed every bit of grime, and even managed to get the hard water stains out of the toilet and tub- amazing. They were super understanding of me being in mid-renovation and dealt with my 2 bdrms being a subfloor disaster, without flinching. They were able to work around that to clean the baseboards and do the vacuuming I needed done in those rooms. Honestly, they exceeded my expectations for the job, and relieved me of yet another task on my long list- bringing me closer to moving in, and immediately helping me feel comfortable in such a thoroughly cleaned space.They did all of this within the estimated timeframe (this is partly because I was 100% honest about the job needing to be done- so please be honest during phone consults, and you will not be disappointed!) and they did it with confidence. Awesome company in every way. If ever I need them again, I will be calling Millie in a heartbeat. And I would gladly refer them to my friends. Thanks, ladies!!
