Craig did a fantastic job of deep cleaning our recently completed remodeled home. From ceilings to floors, kitchen cabinets to bathroom fixtures…sheetrock dust and dirty surfaces were the norm. After much hard work, Craig returned our home to its former clean glory.

We had a recent challenge that required a person with special cleaning skills. Craig came to the rescue with his methodical approach and a great attitude. He was incredibly detail oriented, and he left our house super clean and fresh. We couldn’t have been more pleased with his services, and we highly recommend him. Craig is a true professional and we are so glad he does what he does with intelligence, caring, and a smile!

Craig really did a fantastic job. If you work in construction, this is the kind of person you need to hire to clean your properties when all the construction is done. Contractors should clean up after themselves, but rarely do. Craig was able to get to our property quickly, but did advise he is normally booked 2-3 weeks out. We were lucky to get him the same week. He worked about 12 hours on our house. The contractors had left all the window tracks and screens filthy. There were paint splatters everywhere. After he was finished, the windows looked brand new and the house was virtually spotless. We have been looking for a cleaner like him for a while and didnt have any luck finding someone who could do the deep clean he provides. We are also very particular and notice everything. Luckily, Craig is the same way. We highly recommend him for post-construction cleaning.

We are almost done building a house and needed someone to help clean up the mess left inside by all the contractors. Craig did an incredible job everywhere, but especially in our downstairs bath. The drywall guys absolutely massacred the bathtub and Craig made it look totally brand new. We seriously thought it was a goner and would have to be replaced. Beyond the great work, he was punctual and professional and overall a cool guy. 5 stars.

I highly recommend CBF Construction Clean Up. I just finished remodeling my house to sell it and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the entire house with great attention to detail. I have really challenging double windows from the 80s which were extremely dirty in between panes of glass and Craig rose to the challenge and quickly came up with a solution. My windows are now sparkly clean, like the rest of the house.There was great communication and follow up as well, which is extremely helpful to me. I’m really glad I hired them, was well worth the investment.

I am so glad we hired Craig to do a deep clean of our house before we moved in. My husband & I thought it was a good idea to take the popcorn ceilings down & remove tile ourselves before moving into our new house. It made a HUGE mess that I tried my hardest to get clean on my own but after hours of sweeping, dusting, & wiping down, I decided to call in the pros. Enter Craig. He was super responsive, thorough, informative & professional from the start. We scheduled a one day clean up, he arrived on time, sent progress pictures throughout the day, stayed late to make sure everything was perfect & checked in the next day. The house was immaculate! I don’t know how he got it that clean! We were able to move in all of our furniture without worrying that it would be covered in dust. The last reviewer clearly has lost her mind. Ive hired Craig for the last three custom homes Ive built or remodeled, and I hire Craig BECAUSE of how thorough he is. He leaves the houses looking spotless, removing all evidence of construction, and leaving my homeowners with a brand new, sparkling house. His attention to detail is almost OCD, and he is both incredibly thorough and very ethical with his time and billing. I will continue to us Craig on every project I manage. You will not regret hiring him for you job.

In the middle of a bathroom renovation, the contractor did not cover the floors, carpets or the furniture. Tile was cut on granite counter tops, and whatever is used to lay tile was everywhere. My renter, after being gone for a few days came back to a complete construction zone. Craig was able to come out quickly and able to put the place back in order, much to our relief. The place looks great and Craig put my mind at ease with excellent communication and before and after photos. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises.

CBF was a life saver! We had a recently completed construction project where we had some tough stains on our tile. After having 2 other cleaning companies fail at cleaning it CBF was able to get the job done. Craig was on time, efficient and great communication throughout the process. Craig was a miracle worker! My husband and I recently renovated our house (hardwood installation, kitchen/baths remodel, and painting) and created a huge amount of dust everywhere. Craig was accommodating as I shifted the dates a few times to correspond with the completion of our renovation work - he was always responsive and friendly. He spent three days (overtime as well) meticulously cleaning the place and went above and beyond. He made our home move-in ready and smelling like new. Will definitely use CBF again for future projects.

I wish I could leave a higher rated review but after expressing my concerns to Craig and getting the response I did dropped the rating even lower. I had high expectations from the reviews and the description both on his website and in talking to him. However, the cleaning that was done was nowhere near where reviews have mentioned. When I walked into my house at 4:30pm my initial thought was, has he really been here since 8:30? I was so disappointed when I first opened the door. Craig did mention to me that he was not done with the master or floors and would be finishing those up but that all the scuff marks on the floor would not be cleaned up because Most jobs I do the floors are practically clean, these are the worst Ive ever seen was his response. However, if my floors had been practically clean I would not have spent the extra money to hire the special post construction cleaning. I wouldve called a normal cleaning company. If the disappointed had stopped at just the scuff marks my rating wouldnt be so low, however, there were many surfaces that still had dust on them. His response dust probably accumulated after I left at the end of the process. To be clear I checked these surfaces when he was still there and you can see from the picture that the dust on my hand is not from a little dust resettling. The surfaces had clearly not been touched. Finally, when I asked about the grout not being thoroughly cleaned in the bathrooms (see picture for tile grout, it should be black not white), again I was told that this was not part of the cleaning. Construction leaves a huge mess, so when I paid for a special post construction cleaning that is more than 3x what I would pay a regular cleaning company, I expect every detail of cleaning to be covered and clearly there was an excuse for every concern I raised. When I mentioned I would have to call another cleaning company to actually clean my home, he said good luck. So save your money and find another company if not you will have to pay twice.

Craig is an amazing cleaner and a pleasure to be around. I had him do the original clean after a major remodel and then had him come back to do the windows. I’ve never seen windows so clean. He is respectful, timely, thorough and fair. Couldn’t ask for more from a construction cleaning company.

CBF Construction Cleanup ( and the owner Craig) did an immaculate job cleaning up after my house remodle project. Who would have known there were so many places dust could hide?This was a way more thorough cleaning job than a regular ‘cleaning lady’ type clean would ever accomplish. Very specifically tailored to dust removal, the company used special products meant for dust - this isn’t a guy with a swiffer or feather duster that’s going to leave everything dusty again in an hour when it resettles out of the air. Very very thorough!! Pays attention to detail. Things you wouldn’t even think to clean, got cleaned. Sounds funny, but I was most impressed with the widow detail. We have a excellent view out of our large back windows over looking a lake and if you didn’t know better you would have no idea there were even windows there. Crystal clear. Over all very impressed. We live a hour from Austin and the owner got us on the books right away and got us knocked out in just a couple of days....and just a side note with the Covid-19 going around right now, he was very respectable of that. Keeping clean, wearing a mask, washing hands, and keeping his distance. 5 STARS!

Craig is very diligent and reliable, and does excellent work. Although the job ran over his estimate of three days he showed up the fourth day to complete what he committed to do. My job was after some renovation and I confess much of the dirt cleaned was in place prior to construction. The job was much worse than I described, and it took a great deal of patience and professional skill to get it done right. The windows are so clean, I thought they were open and not closed. He got the grout out of the floor in the bathroom and the walls in the shower. Craig did a great job. I highly recommend him and his company.

He was very thorough, detailed presentation, helped my project on house to be able to be closed faster to sell to my customers. Price was very reasonable. Cant say enough good things about Craig. He was so thorough and professional. If my windows didnt have grids in them you wouldnt even be able to tell they were there! My counters had tons of paint overspray caked on them, and he got it all cleaned perfectly (which took a lot of patience, I have a lot of counters). Floors look awesome too and the dust is gone. Our construction crew made a mess of things, so this wasnt a clean up job Id trust any regular maid service to handle - theres no way they would have satisfied by OCD ways. It took the right tools plus the experience of someone who knew what they were doing to get it cleaned properly, and Craig absolutely delivered - and for a fair price too!
