Just want to say I have been really well looked after by miracle ear, south meadows., I’m really happy with my hearing aid and I was advised into the best one for me which wasn’t the most expensive which is great as my hearing loss is quite severe but just in one ear. Love the fact that I can pop in for services and cleans whenever required and has never taken longer than it takes me to drink the provided coffee 😂. My husbands hearing was getting bad so we went here to have his (and my) hearing tested. Bonny is extremely knowledgeable and professional and not only explained about the kinds of hearing aids available, but also what can happen if you dont get your hearing corrected. Some of those things were already happening so everything she told us made sense.Bonny takes you in and treats you like family and makes sure you understand everything that shell be doing. She is very patient and takes her time so that you have full understanding.Once she tests your hearing, Bonny explains the results to you and lets you know if you really need hearing aids or not. My husband needed them now, but I can wait awhile. She then lets you know the different types of hearing aids and what you might feel most comfortable with.Once the hearing aids come in, Bonny goes over everything with you about how they work, how to clean, etc. My husband loves the ones he got and is even wanting to change to an iPhone so that he can use that function. He also likes that he can connect them directly to the TV.Bonny is a rare find. You can tell that she loves her job and really has a passion for helping people. We will continue to go to Bonny for our hearing aid needs for years to come!

I cant say enough about the positive experience Ive had with the staff at Miracle Ear. Testing is very thorough and the hearing aid products are of high quality. The best part (for me) of being a part of the Miracle Ear experience is their follow-up.Ive used hearing devices for years. Other brands and service providers as well. To date, no other provider has come close to the personalized service that Miracle Ear provides.I especially love the phone app for my ears. It not only lets me adjust my aids with 5 different settings, but I can stealthfully turn them off when my wife turns into Chatty Kathy. Thats the best part!

Ive been hard-of-hearing since birth and been using my hearing aids since I was 3. For 30 years Ive been to many audiologist and this place is one of my favorites that Ive been to that I really enjoy. The service is wonderful, the friendliness of the receptionist, Jennifer is warming and Bonny, the audiologist, is so nice and caring.You can tell they enjoy doing what they do and they go above and beyond than other audiologist places Ive been to in my 30 years. They took care of what I needed with pleasure and Bonny was very knowledgeable on my hearing aid device, telling me possible ways to clean my mold, how to remove wax buildup in my hearing aid to reduce noise feedback among various other tidbits.If I am going to be honest, this is the only audiologist place I would like to go to from now on for as long as Im still in Austin. Before this I went to 2 other audiologist place in Austin and I didnt feel connected nor felt like it was where I wanted to go to for my hearing needs. If I only knew to come here first when I moved to Austin 3 years ago, I would have been much happier from the get go. Going here you will get a sense of comfortability and trust. And I value those a lot enough to be the only place to go to from now on.

The customer service here is fantastic. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Bonnie really understands the issues of hearing loss and how to address each concern. You can purchase less expensive hearing aids but this company stands behind what it sells, keeps up with technology, and invests in its staff. I don’t mind paying for that kind of service.

I purchased my Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids in March of 2016. Since then, I have had no trouble with their performance. They fit so well, I forget I am wearing them. I know I have jumped out of the shower, several times, realizing they were in. The staff at Miracle-Ear in South Austin are great. They remind me of my appointments and all specials they are having. When it’s time to replace them, I know I will choose Miracle-Ear. Before COVID-19, we traveled quite a bit, and knew that if I had any problems, I could go to any Miracle-Ear store and any get the help I needed. I know there are cheaper ones out there, but I don’t think they can match the performance and customer service that Miracle-Ear offers.

My wife and I both got hearing aids at Miracle Ear about three years ago. We are very pleased with them. However, the very best thing is the service afterwards. We look forward to the visits for cleaning and the yearly check ups. Bonny seems like part of the family.

Excellent! After the last iOS update, the app stopped working. Hearing aids worked fine, but the custom settings were lost. Within a few minutes, they reloaded the app and downloaded all my settings so everything was back to normal. Very professional, pleasant and helpful.

For the last couple years Ive noticed my hearing deteriorating. I would go to family events and would become frustrated having to ask my loved ones to repeat themselves. My wife kept telling me it was time to get my hearing checked. Like most people I was very apprehensive about going through the process of diagnosing my problem. I finally decided to come in.
