Im altering my review, because someone very human reached out who were passionate to make amends for a lapse in service.While the situation was still not ideal, the fact that someone who cares so passionately about their company reached out to correct the issue does show there are people in the company who care, and who are in the right place to make a difference.

AND BEING AN ADDICT IN RECOVERY IT HELPS WHEN AN OUTSIDER TREATS YOU WITH GREAT SERVICE WORK. I have been with this company now for over 6 months and in that short period of time Ive seen this company change snd grow everyday. I have been in the emergent and non emergent transport field for over 12 years. I have seen many companies and how they treat their clients and this is not one of those companies. Our drivers and dispatch team work together in harmony to make sure all of our clients are comfortable, on time, and feel safe while we transport them. They truly go the extra mile which is rare in this kind of business. Im so proud to be part of management and work with these extraordinary individuals on the road and in the dispatch center. Kristen the operater excels at customer service, and the busniess as a whole is set up in a very user friendly manner. I would happily utilize their service again, especially with Operator Kirsten at the helm.

Taylor picked up my dad and was extremely professional and courteous. My dad was in a wheel chair and Taylor was amazing. He wen above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable. Great employee.

Used this service this past Friday to take my elderly wheelchair bound Mom to a doctors appointment in Cedar Park. Our first driver was Debbie who was awesome. Quick trip and excellent conversation. Our second driver was Jessica who was just as awesome. Quick return trip as well! Both ladies were excellent drivers.Added for Jessica: the doctor ran late and she patiently waited for us! Very much appreciated!Please extend our Thanks to these two ladies and we hope to have them when we book again’

This was a great experience. I was so nervous about transporting my elderly mother. I arrived at the business and everyone was nice and friendly. Then I met the driver. Wes is an amazing person. I felt so blessed. A good thing, because it was over an eight hour day each way. Wes made sure my mother continued to be comfortable on the Broda chair. He kept checking on her comfort. She has a hard time communicating. It was obvious she liked him too. I would recommend this company and Wes to anyone. You dont have to go along for the drive but having the option was great.

This company is a shady company who takes advantage of people in need. I was quoted one price and charged much more on my credit card. Please do not take them at their word if they quote a price. Get it in writing or an email.Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

There has been soo many times where this company has come to my rescue and saved the day! the dispatchers go out of their way to accommodate their customers and are so helpful and punctual! My driver Sharon deserves a big atta girl for great service under difficult circumstances tonight. She delivered me from St Davids N Austin all the way out to Lakeway skilled nursing facility @7:30 pm, several bags and no help while taking calls for future appts! She is good!

Ive used this and several other medical transportation services for my dad over the past 9 months and this, but more specifically the driver Debbie is by far my favorite. Debbie is professional, kind and friendly. Shes been such a ray of sunshine during a hard time. Whenever I schedule transportation my dad and I both talk about how we hope its Debbie that gets us on her schedule! I really cant say enough what a blessing shes been!

Horrible Executive Director that is heartless and runs the company in a way that only profits herself. Uses people to get what she wants and needs then fired them for no reason. Purely Heartless and needs to get fired.
