I visited this location for the first time today. They are located inside of the Tech Ridge HEB. Sammie threaded my eyebrows and they came out amazing! She left them full as I requested as made sure they matched. (Big deal for me, given previous experiences at other locations) She was sweet and professional. I was in and out in no time, without an appointment.

I moved here from California recently and was looking for a good place for my brows but wasn’t really finding it, today while shopping inside HEB I decided to give them a try. Sammie helped me with my eyebrows and she was really polite and was careful with my brows, she took her time and it turned out very nice (By far the best in austin) definitely coming back.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the very first time and I loved how they turned out. It only took a couple of minutes and I was very happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back!

Good eyebrow threading – This was my first time to try eyebrow threading and sammie helped me with it. Its good and quick, really liked it and definitely giving it a second try.

Holy Moly !! Loved my eyebrow. My eyebrow was never fuller before, She only clean up my eyebrow, and they looked amazing. The best part is that she doesnt put thread in her Mouth. She ties up threads around her Neck.

I went to get my eyebrows done with susmita, she is amazing, she did a really wonderful job.

I used to do my Eyebrows Threading with them and they were temporarily closed for two month but finally They relocated to inside The HEB IH 35 and Parmer Ln )

Went here on a dare about 3 years ago. Trainer at my gym said shed love to see a guy endure a threading. I did it, yes it hurt, but I have been back about once a month ever since. These girls are wonderful. Theyre so popular now though, you may need to wait about 10 to 20 minutes for a chair to open. I have girls ask me where I go and I always recommend this place.

I have been here several time and I always love the result. Threading is more exact they can shape them without screwing it up and more better than waxing and plucking.

Out of all the years Ive had my eye brows threaded, this is by far the worst place Ive gone to. The lady bout threaded off all my brows, I constantly have to look myself in the mirror so I dnt scare myself. When I went in she asked me how i wanted it, i gave her an example of one of the shapes on the picture posted, and clearly she ignored my preference an threaded away bc it didnt all look like the shape I wanted. Then I was generous to give her tail a tip. From the horrible work. Idk if she was new, and im sure there were more advanced threaders that worked there but she was the only one there. And didnt deserve to be at that time. And for that I will never recommend or go there EVER AGAIN !!!

The price is right, the quality is consistently good, and they are open until 8pm on Sundays- which is a lifesaver when I forget to get cleaned up before my workweek starts.If you need a swank experience, this is not for you. If you need a great spot to keep your wild-beastie facial hairs in check while you hunt and gather at the HEB - this is your spot.

I have been here twice the first time was great! I usually get my eyebrows threaded every three months & do not pluck in between because I like them to stay full. I went there today to get them cleaned up and she did the left eye, once done she showed me I liked it we went on to the other Side.That right side is about half the size and has a jagged end. She tried thinning out the good side which didn’t help much because what looks the worst is how thin it looks at the very end.No going back or any way to fix this, only way to move forward is to fill them in for another 6 weeks:/

The shape created was a bit too thin for my taste but in her defense she asked me how I wanted it done and I said just reshape it because I havent gotten them done in a while. Overall she was thurough and gentle with my brows and I may try them again. I was just wondering how they sterilize their tweezers as she used it to pluck a few hairs out at the end?

My sister and I have been coming to this location since 2015, we lived off William cannon at the time, so you can imagine the trip and see that it was worth it. Even when we moved to Cedar Park. I dont recommend a full face threading (just personal preference) apparently I get sensitive after a while. But I trust these ladies, and you need to get yourself over here and let them work their magic!

Absolutely no. I went there this week. In no time my forehead was red. And still red. Been a few days. Its still red. Breakouts too. Dont go here... Its my last time here.. I have been here before but that time, it was some other lady doing the job. But now there is someone else. Please dont go here for eyebrows if you want your face to be clear and not red and itchy.

Lady screwed up my brows completely. Specifically told her to maintain the thickness and the shape and she made it half the thickness and ruined the shape too. Will take me 6 months to grow it out again. Never going again! So much for good reviews!

Absolutely the worst job done on my eyebrows Ive ever gotten done. The lady told me she was just going to straighten the edges and she ended up removing half my eyebrow hairs. Its super thin in a bad way and the shape doesnt fit my round face. I told her I didnt want a arch beforehand and I ended up with eyebrows that look like parentheses. She could tell I wasnt pleased and still blamed it on me saying, it looks pretty! Its because you dont take care of your brows.Im never going here again.

I wasnt going to post a review but I want to save you from some long term damage. Do not go here for any services, especially threading. They do a horrible job and we regret going here. Hight not recommended!

Ive come here twice. I usually get waxed, but I started accutane and cant do waxing. Austin Browz Threadz is inside the HEB, which is good to know because I had to call. Its clean and the service is quick. The girl is really nice and does a great job!!

REALLY BAD PLACE TO GO GET EYEBROWS DONE !!! the girl didn’t even know what she was doing . She left my eyebrows uneven and on some spots she didnt plug out most hairs ! AND she left a bald spot on my brow ! IM BIG MAD !!!!
