Al installed our floors over 5 years ago. I dont know why it took so long to write a review because its one of the best purchases Ive made. The good thing about waiting so long is I can tell you the floors are still great and when we had any questions (twice) he came over quickly and resolved them. He is on time and comes through on the things he commits to. I hope you hire him and get a chance to understand when I say that Al is an artist when it comes to wood flooring.

I bought a house with hardwood floors that needed love, so I contacted some business for estimates. Al quoted me the same price as competitors, but he was more prompt and communicated via email, phone, and text! The whole process took a few days, and Al proactively gave me status updates throughout. He started work on Tuesday, and by Saturday I was moving in. He used Pallmann magic oil, and the floors look beautiful! I couldnt be happier with the professional conduct and professional results.

Al is simply amazing! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is so refreshing and honestly hard to find these days. Al puts his heart into his work and went above and beyond to make sure we loved our floors. Not to mention he and his crew can do it all! He helped us remove, replace, sand, refinish our downstairs, stairs and even precision cuts for our stair trim which as a craftsman myself I know is not an easy task and requires a level of skill that many contractors don’t have so they cover it up with caulk, not Al. He does a job at 100% quality and dust free. We’ve worked with him several times now for our wood floors and each time he overdelivers. From the moment I stepped into the store I knew they would be great. Holly was super helpful, attentive, and got back to me with a quote very quickly. Alan then took over and did an amazing job as well. He had a big job scheduled already, but was able to slot mine in quickly. He was done in 2 days and my floors look amazing. You can tell he has a passion for what he does because the workmanship is impeccable. On top of it all it was very affordable.

Having been in the flooring business for many years, Al is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring. Al was helpful in steering us to our eventual choice without any pressure or over the top sales pitch. He is a no nonsense guy who knows his stuff and loves what he does! The execution of the flooring (5 oak hardwood for our master bedroom) project by Als team was flawless. They were a delight to work with and the finished project is gorgeous. Even if you do not purchase from him, you must make it a point to talk with him about your project; he is an impressive guy...Once you speak with him I cannot imagine you choosing another . You get what you pay for with Al. Would not choose another should hardwood flooring be in our future.

Al was professional and highly knowledgeable on product. We love our new floors. He did amazing work installing floors in 3 of our bedrooms and closets. He is top notch and we would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to install hardwood floors.

Supreme Hardwood Floors installed Finished in place hardwood floors in my living room, bedrooms, and study (approximately 2,000 sq ft). At the end of the install, the following thoughts came to mind: Integrity, Quality, Craftsmanship, Customer Focus, and value. My wife and I were extremely pleased with every aspect of the install. Al and Holly Monti are the owners of the company and are a rare find as they are extremely customer focused. Al is a true craftsman and has a deep knowledge of every aspect of the flooring business and worked with us to install a new floor that looks absolutely beautiful. Our install was unique in that we needed to match the existing trim and Pella windows that were already stained. Al was able to mix several stain color formulas on the actual wood being installed for us to review — and derived a perfect match. I would also like to mention the crew (Richard/Ace) assisting on the install were also excellent and respectful of my home and installed plastic on all the walls to minimize dust. I highly recommend this company.
