I have been closing with Patten for several years. I always know that things will be handled professionally. Even things I may have not thought of they take care.of. No matter hard to to get to the point of closing, I have yet to have one not close. We have had some crazy things pop up too, but together and even with the other agent, if one was involved, we got things closed. I cant single out any one in particular, but Team A is outstanding at the Great Hills office in Austin. As a tip, I would ask for them.

We had a miserable experience with our closing back in April. Never received a copy of our title, were charged unnecessary additional fees, and they attempted to hold our keys after closing if we did not pay $250 for legal re-writing that was their mistake in the first place. Employees at all levels were rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. Called 6 months after closing and not seeing so much as an email from these people, I had Brian tell me that they did everything by the book and that I was in the wrong. Really he just spoke before looking in to the case and helping me solve my problem. He was defensive and blamed me in the same breath as telling me customer service was their top priority. He was rude and there was not a glimmer of positive customer service to be found. Brianna was unresponsive to emails, Laura was extremely rude and degrading during our closing. Brian was the only helpful one out of all of them but not without putting me in my place first. If you can avoid Patten Title Company, do it at all costs.

As a team member of Ash Creek Homes for 6 years, I have worked with Patten Law Firm quite a bit because Ash Creek uses Patten for all of its closings. We are so happy to work with their team. They are always thorough, timely, and such great people to work with! We highly recommend working with them! Thanks to Josie and Tiffany and the rest of the team!
