As an architect, I work with a lot of surveying groups. To a lot of people, surveys are just a commodity, and any survey is just as good as the next.In some (but not all) ways, that may be true. However, one of the biggest distinctions between these firms is in the quality of their customer service. I recently needed a tree and topographical land survey for my property. I hired ATS based on recent online reviews. They made the experience pleasant and easy. The survey was delivered sooner than I expected. I am not a builder so I didnt know exactly what I needed but guided me through the process. Excellent company.

I called ATS Engineering for help because I wanted to put up a fence around my property, but the fence company couldn’t find one of my property pins. They looked 5 different times, but they couldn’t find it. I finally called ATS and was put in contact with Paul Utterback. He was friendly and helpful. With Paul’s help, I was able to locate the pin on my own. When one of my neighbors wanted to challenge the lost pin’s location, I contacted Paul again. He took the time to review both property plats and found that the pin was correct. I’m extremely grateful to Paul at ATS for all his help in not only locating the property pin, but help with my disgruntled neighbor. I will definitely use them again if needed, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a surveying company you can trust.

In and out very quickly. Got done and passed what I needed. Took far too long to charge my account however. Almost a month. If it werent for IECC, these guys wouldnt even be in business. Huge waste of money for builders. Im looking to change careers.

There is not a better survey company or inspection company around. We work in the real estate and construction field and they are the ONLY company we want to work with or will recommend in Austin. They have never delayed a project, always communicate and are reliable. We use them for surveys and for third party inspections and could not be happier with their process and product.
