My experience with Ultimate has been a great one to date. Luke called me out of the blue with a 90 day contract back in Feb 2020 and I am still on the job. Luke has always been very responsive and informative. Having worked at similar companies some good, others not so good, I can from my perspective Ultimate ranks as one of the best.

This place is awesome! Brandon found me a remote job extremely quickly and I was able to get on full-time after three months. I was paid weekly and received paystubs in the mail every week. I highly recommend them for getting a good job.

From the time I made that first call to the agency, to the time I got a temp job, to the job they placed me with on a permanent basis, it has been GOLDEN. I stayed in touch with them to communicate what I needed and they listened. I feel that I gained a forever family with Lukas, Brandon and Lexis. They helped me find my dream job and assisted me with weekly pay with a temp agency until then. You all are my heroes and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I worked with Jessica H, who was very professional and extremely helpful. I thought she was very thoughtful in her consideration of jobs that she put to my attention, she really wanted to find a fit that would work for me and the company. I ultimately found work on my own, but during the interviews I found on my own, when I was asked what other jobs I was interviewing for, it helped to be able to name some really large, well respected companies. I think working with Jessica may have given me an edge against other candidates.

I was sent to only one assignment, at Legal Zoom to do a telephone sales position. The training was so bad that no one passed the written test to be put out on the floor, I was told not to go back. Despite calling regularly for other work they never placed me again. Then one of their reps called me about an inside sales position, twice, but when I mentioned Marilu, who is the supervisor there, not wanting to place me, the guy never called back.They dont have the courtesy to be up front about black listing people. I found Ultimate to be totally worthless in another part of the country too.

So very unprofessional. Do not waste your time. If you call them they never call you back and only email you if they feel like it. When you email them it will be every bit of 3-4 days before they bother to get back to you maybe in an email but not a actual call back. How this place is even in business I will never know. Worst experience ever.

They lie to you and say they can place you but they dont. I would not trust this company.
