I have been waiting for help since February 1!! Today they told me to call a number to reach them, but when you dial the number it says they are too busy to reach and will not take your call. The reps on the phone are cruel and refuse to help if there is an actual issue. Homelessness happens because of this cruelty. No one tried to help you.
Sad. Really sad. Spent weeks attempting to get assistance. This place is pathetic.

Im new in the area and I know the covid isnt helping. But when I searched on my phone for an open Workforce nearby that I could go to and get some assistance in finding work. The search said open till 5 and no mention of paying for parking. Anyway I get there and the door is locked then a security guard opens it telling me there is only 1 employee here and he is leaving for lunch.That I should try the other locations.My point is that if your not gonna be open then dont say you are on the computer so that people like me dont waste gas and money to seek services your not providing.

I called OVER 250 times today. NEVER spoke to a human being. When the phone was answered, I got a recording referring me to the website. It was the website that said I needed to call them to provide more information. FINE WORK GUYS!
I called 43 times this morning. I started at 7AM. They answered once out 43 calls. I was asking for a help about not receiving my payment and they just answered me that they dont see in the system why and I said why? she stated that She can only answer limited questions and she said she will transfer me ( Well where? she didnt mentioned) so i waited for an hour and the call was cut off.. I was Like???? Really??? so now where do i can find my payment? should I go to the Office? I tried chatting thru their website but obviously chatting with automated system, Doesnt help at all. How I wish that theres a COMPLAINS CENTER so that I can complain. LOl! I hope this will help to hear our voices.
Started my claim on claim date( TUESDAY DECEMBER 8 2020).There was information on it that was incorrect called to get help. STILL WAITING
Due to the overwhelming call volume due to the pandemic, we are unable to handle your call at this time.Isnt it a good thing everyone doesnt handle their business like this. Only a government entity could use this type of logic. This agency should be ashamed of itself for selling the folks that finance their endeavors this short.
