Link is awesome, after getting the run around from other temp agencies, walked in applied, had a down to earth conversation with a great staff. To my surprise I walked out with 2 job offers in minutes. A MUST place to use if you need work. Miss Cathy is the BEST!

This place is trash. Very unfriendly, very unprofessional. That character by the name of Cathy or Catherine should be terminated for her behavior. Everytime I called for work she screams in the phone saying I thought u already had a big time job. Then goes on a rant why she rather not assign me anything. I think shes mental as I personally dont know this woman for her to be so aggressive towards me. The Austin area needs to know about this company and they will.

Edit: April 2020 jokes on you lol!!!With the exception of the leader (older man sits in the office) the staff is respectful, helpful, and professional.In my opinion this company knowingly and intentionally violated TX Labor Code Sec. 21.001et seq. TX as it relates to discrimination against the disabled in the work place by a company with fifteen or more employees. However, its unlikely a lawyer would be able to prove my accusation to be the true beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law, I have no doubt they did!I am not going to go into the specifics of my situation, but I would like to talk to the leader and get his side of this story. I overheard him making a snarky remark when the women working at the front desk presented him with paper work from the federal government verifying my disability.Even if,I could sue you for a million dollars and win, I wouldnt. Because all I wanted from this company was an opportunity to get to get out of my house and get to do a few day labor gigs a week.

I went to Link Staffing on Thursday 08/17 My first time there. I heard a lot of positive feedback from clients. Well. I got there, waiting in line patiently. Their was two employees there both having a non work related conversation, just laughing having a good ole time with someone they call the money man Stood in line for ooh about 15-20 minutes till I was like they obviously dont want to help me so I took a card and left. Only reason I gave them 3 stars was because of the feedback.

My Son who recently moved to Austin Texas was referred to this agency. He received an assignment from Larry and Brandon the owners of the company. My son accepted the assignment. Larry then told my son that in order to get the job assignment he has to transport another random man to the job site. My son told him that he has to go home change and didnt feel comfortable with transporting people he do not know. Larry and Brandon then told him to get out then and you dont have an assignment. My son was visibly upset and could not believe he was being mistreated. He felt this was racially motivated and disrespectful. My son has been taught to be careful of people he dont know and for Larry and Brandon to put him at risk with an unfamiliar person in an unfamiliar city was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. My son then left and tried to call to talk to another manager. He was then hung up on by Larry. I recommend that you DO NOT go to this agency. They are unprofessional, heartless and racist. They only care what you can do for them. They have a slave mentality. I do not give them no stars. I have to hit the star in order for this to be posted.

The couple who run the place are very friendly and strive for excellence. however, if you fail the drug screening, one of them will harshly let you know that youve wasted their test cup and that youre the 10th person who has failed their drug screening. definitely not a way to treat your customers. if youre running a temp agency, expect fails and passes.

Because we dont know you or your work ethics and killeen is far and we dont kno if you will show up to work consistantly as if i didnt just drive up there with no problem. And left me standing at the counter. Until i asked if i should leave or proceed with visit. Than i was told i could complete the application process but be put in DAY LABOR for a few weeks to prove im reliable.and than i could be placed on a fulltime job.

I will rate them the best over and over everyday,you need to be patient,they listen to you and treat you nice,have been through agency they the best.

They are the worst temp agency I have ever gone through. Theyre not consistent of finding you a job or making sure that you work everyday. The people at the agency are rude.

This has been by far the WORST tempt agency I have worked for!! Larry called in to pick up my time sheet for a new job. I drove from the south side of Austin all the way up to the north side (which is a long distance) all to be told he was NOT going to give me the hours if I didnt remove MY REVIEW on a COMPANY that did absolutely NOTHING when I got harassed by another tempt worker!!!! Do NOT waist your time here! If I could leave them 0 stars I would! You are better off going to a different tempt company! You can clearly see I am NOT the first one who leaves a bad review after a bad experience!!!!!

All my friends have came here and said no matter what they will always have work for you just be one the first ones and you will get one of the best paying jobs. I have current job now.i know if im stuck without one i will come to links staffing for help.yes if you give someone else a ride they will pay you more and give you gas money if its far.
